Ht. 5'11, Wt. 200lbs - today... ugg... i dont know i ate in moderation but not healthy... well i started out healthy, i had an apple for breakfast, and orange for a snack, then i had 1/2 slice of pizza, a small bag of salt and vinager chips, milf, for a snack when i got home i had a poptarts to go thing, a bowl of popcorn, and for dinner i had a quarter pounder meal at mcdonalds but i only ate half of it, and split a king size hershey bar between me and my three friends.

not bad calories wise but your body needs nurtients. fiber and protien- try to think about those at every meal. carbs come naturally into those things so u don't have to worry about those, and with your fiber coming from fruits and veggies you will be getting calcium, antioxidants, and vitamins. good luck@!
