I have lost 13 pounds and although I don't really see myself getting smaller I do feel a lot better. I used to get heartburn really bad but for the last month I have not. Umm...getting up in the morning and working out is getting a lot easier and I plan on upping my time from 30 minutes to 40 minutes on February 1st. I wanted to work out once in the morning then once at night but after I get home from school I am exhausted its very hard to stay up past 8pm. So overall I am still in good spirits about losing this weight and I hope everyone else is too. Good luck to all!!!

Sometimes, even when you don't necessarily see a difference you can feel good about the fact that you know you're doing something good for yourself and physically you'll have more energy & feel more confident. Soon enough, you'll start to see a difference in the size clothing you're wearing & it'll create even more motivation to keep going. Keep working hard, you can do it! :)
