THURSDAY: 1175 calories in & didnt make it to the gym :(. FRIDAY: 1265 calories in & 605 out(20 mins treadmill 213cal + 60min weights class 390cal). I recommend everyone to get a heart reat monitor for exerciseing. It really helps keep track of your workouts and tells you when you are getting fitter etc. GOAL FOR MONDAY: 180 pounds xox

But you're right I am getting pretty hungry during the day so I am thinking of adding a piece of toast at breakfast or something else during the day. Thanks for your reply :))

I input your stats and, even with being completely sedentary, your body burns 1970 cals a day. With the extra 600-900 you seem to be burning when you exercise, your body is burning around 2570-2870. If you're only eating 1100-1200 cals a day, that means you have a 1000+ deficit. You may want to try upping your calorie intake a bit so your body can avoid going into starvation mode. Just a suggestion =).
