Wow...I haven't been here in a while...a long while. But I feel very depressed and stuff so I am coming back for real motivation and stuff. I am so determined to lose weight this time that I am going to try harder than ever. I will not however try the whole low-carb diets so if that is your suggestion, sorry but no. There is so much going on in my life at the moment and it is all really hard and very emotional and my friend and I just want to eat and eat and eat and be LAZY. This has to stop! Give me good tips, guys(girls), please. I want to be comfortable with myself and I know I need help.

if you want to lose weight and keep it off talk to your parents about seeing a dietian they base there knowlege off of the food pyrimaid height/gender/age...also light excercise can help increase weight loss like taking a walk..light jog..working in the garden those types of things...and once your ready to increase excercise you can do so but dont push yourself to hard that your hurting yourself...lots of love!! xoxoxoxox

eat good nutritious foods. add a lot of veggies into your diet and make sure you eat between 1200-1500 calories a day and just find something fun but physical to do for a half hour a day. like you and your friend could go for a brisk walk into town or play dance dance revolution the videogame or a sport or tag, i don't know- just get moving!

Just keep pushing yourself!!!! A lot of times I really feel like just sitting around and watching t.v., but once you start to exxercise and get into it, ITS THE BEST FEELING IN THE WORLD! I know you can do it, we ALL CAN!!! Good luck

good for you!!!!! if you like to eat then have a lot of little snacks during the day! don't worry its healthy but the snacks have to be healthy too! and don't be lazy go out play sports do something b/c most people eat when they are bored and you say your lazy so you prob don't do much! so keep up the good work i know you can do it girl!!!!
