Im seriously overweight, and i want to lose weight but nothing seems to work. I have tried dieting, exercising, and other wierd things. Im going into seventh grade next year and I want to stop being the girl no one wanted to sit next to. I cant stop thinking about my weight-its horrible! I need help and I thought you guys could possibley give me a plan or anything really. My life is miserable and I know if I get thinner I'll be happier. Please help me.
