I just did 20 minutes of exercise, and had a really healthy lunch (carrot soup with cucumber) and now this! Even something so small, I feel super motivated now! It hurts my confidence level SOO much so I've decided that i can't go on like this. So I've done some research, and I've found out some exercises that help certain areas of your body, and all over! And I'm willing to cut down my servings and change what I'm eating, But I'm scared about this one thing. What will my friends say? What will my classmates say? I'm scared about people's reactions! I have been overweight all my life since i was 7, i am 12 now and friends at school picks on me for being fatter then most people i am fighting though! One day i will be skinny and impress all the people :):):) Hehe, one day when i walk to school along the path way someone behind me said stop hogging the path way i took it all up becuz im so overweight and that made me cry. but my friend steff was there 4 me and she made me feel better :) Steff is a really nice girl sometimes people pick on her because she is an aborignal but we are friends together and together we are strong! :) I hope to lose all my weight and stop eating food that is fat, i.e drinking diet coke insted of coke and eating healthy salad options with my mc donalds meals i feel this is really helping me :) Just wanted 2 share my story with u guys thanks for this opportunity :)

This makes me verry sad and I Realy want to lose weight. It's actualy noticeable. I Realy don't have time to exersize because I'm up till 10 pm doing homework. Also, it's hard to eat right when my dad dos't have alot of money. Usually for breakfast it's either a convinience store colache or a greasy taco. I'm in 6th grade.before this locker room dilemma I though it was normal to have a lump of fat hanging over you.I'm verry embarraced and I desperately want help. And yes, it IS noticeable that I'm fat. My BMI is 94 and I need to lower it. (This is my first time on this website)

Now when i have meals i could separate foods into catagories that are on the pyramid to watch what I eat. I hope people try this!
