Ht. 5'5, Wt. 150 - I am going to be with my boyfriend I never get to see ever, this summer I see him. He is comming in June or about early July. I want to loose 30 pounds about before then. Does anyone have any stories or something they can tell/explain to me to help me out, because I really don't want to see him and be overweight while he is "perfect person"...I really need some advice how to loose an extreme ..well..30-40 pounds by end of June/early July. Thank you sooo much, and every piece of advice I will take into consideration. Thank you all so much for the help you give!!!!! :)

Ht. 5'3", Wt. W:156 N:151 G:130 - Hey people of the world! I have not been doing well because I haven't been trying. I will not be down though! I am just getting my workout and diet started again today, starting easy and at least keeping the weight I already lost off. I weigh myself every Saturday and when I did this past time, I did not lose anything. Oh well, I just hope that by Summer or even next school year if my weightloss is slower than I hoped (1-3 lbs. per week), I'll have lost 30 pounds. WISH ME LUCK AND GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE ELSE!!!!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. W:156 N:151 G:130 - Today I worked out for 100 mins! I have a REALLY good suggestion for all you peeps, go on presidentschallenge.org and start the "active lifestyle." It then has a activity log and the goal is to excersize 60 mins. a day, 5 days a week. Good luck with your goals!
