Ht. 150 cm, Start: 65 kg, Today: 65 kg (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 50 kg - my mom wont get rid of the junk food and fat camp is not an option. i dont even think there such a thing in my country. she keeps telling me that i am fat yet she and my dad wont stop BUYING junk. they say i just have to control myself. THEY DONT UNDERSTAND.  (Note: 150 cm, 65 kg is 4'11.1", 143.3 lb.)

Ht. 150 cm, Start: 65 kg, Today: 65 kg (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 50 kg - i really need help . every time i try to lose weight i gain , i talked to my parents but she still wont get rid of the junk which makes it very hard because i get really angry and turn to food to calm me down, please help i really want to join the cross country team  (Note: 150 cm, 65 kg is 4'11", 143 lb.)

Ht. 5'6", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 125 lb - Today I went to the doctor for a check up, and he told me that I've become obese. He made me take off my shirt and he looked at my belly, he told me that I'm close to developing diabetes and other issues. I've been fat for as long as I can remember. I love food, all I think about is food, I'm usually always eating. In the last 5 months or so, I've gained around 40 pounds. I've noticed that doing nothing simple tasks is becoming hard. Like walking up the stairs, running, or even walking for long periods of time makes me out of breath and tired. My belly had grown in size the most, but so has my arms and legs. My arms are extremely flabby and have lots of stretch marks, my belly hangs over my pants and has many rolls and stretch marks, and my legs rub together. I don't know what to do, my mom said that if I hit 200 pounds, she sending me to fat camp. I really don't want to go to fat camp because I think I'll be made fun of. Does anyone have advice?

I've always been chubby. Always. There was /one/ point in my childhood where I really got big. You know, big belly, big rolls, being picked on at school... Yeah. After all the nagging from my parents I finally got all the weight of to the point where I was just beautiful and curvy (I have big hips and stuff, so I can't be 'skinny' if you know what I mean) But anyway, a few months ago, my boyfriend broke up with me. He had used me for 2 whole months... So imagine how great that felt 😒. I started to eat more and now I'm just really packing on the pounds. I'm big everywhere but the place I've noticed it the most is my belly. Its gotten considerably larger and when I sit down it forms into three big rolls. I weighed myself yesterday and I am 170.9 pounds (I'm 14) Any suggestions to help me lose some weight?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 200 lb, Today: 380 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 250 lb - I've always been really overweight, so i just made up my starting weight. But in the last two or three years its really gotten out of control. I know what i need to do to loose weight, I just can never seem to follow through with it. Just hoping there's some people out there who are going through the same thing :/

Ht. 155 cm, Start: 61 kg, Today: 61 kg (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 55 kg - I've tried to loose weight before but it didn't last long because I lost my motivation. Since then I have gained so much weight and I really want to loose it!  (Note: 155 cm, 61 kg is 5'1", 134.482 lb.)

I have been trying to lose weight for about two years and this year I would like to reach my goal weight by December( I live in South Africa). I don't like being fat and my parents aren't any help at all so I AM DOING THIS ALONE!!!! I am completely removing junk and eating 3 meals and 2 snacks . I know I will reach my goal because I found this site and that is all the motivation i need  (Note: 150 cm, 63 kg is 4'11.1", 138.891 lb.)

Ht. 5'7", Start: 300 lb, Today: 359 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - So I was never overweight till i hit 10 then i gained so much, i hate being fat my goal is only 200 till i get there then i will lower it even more i tried loosing weight before but that didnt last long then i gained alot of weight

Ht. 5'2", Start: 156 lb, Today: 156 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - Hi in Megan I'm 14 according to the only scale in the house the will fit board says I'm 156 or 157 pounds my family my mom has been my mom and grandma has been my role models but third not active and I don't what to be like them how can I be active I can't think of anything to do at home an I'm homeschooled to and wendont go to know parks i m a role model to my littler slibings how can I be active if there's nothing to do?

First off I want to say that your weight is not a flaw, it does not make you a failure or less than. You do not have to lose weight to be "better", you choose to lose weight because you WANT to not because to SHOULD. Losing weight is a choice not a requirement. Also, as someone who loves to eat, realize that food is just food, nothing more or less. When you eat for any other reason than when you feel hungry, you will not be satisfied. I would eat and eat hoping I will feel better. It did, but only for a moment. When you eat only when hungry, you begin to trust your BODY to tell you when it needs food, not your brain or emotions. Even though I only lost 7 seven pounds and have a long way to go, I'm happy that I'm making progress after almost a year of being in a plateau.

All i think about is eating. I love food. I love how it tastes. I don't know what to do. I dont want to stop eating or go on a diet but my parents are watching what I eat. I hate it. I hate my body too.
