Ht. 150 cm, Start: 65 kg, Today: 68 kg (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 50 kg - hi guys i dont mean to bug ... but im going back to school on monday and i need some simple lunch tips we dont have cafeteria so i need to bring my own lunch so i dont starve or end up buying the junk they sell at skul. trust me i tried not bringing any money but my best friend always buys me something so i figured if I BRING something to eat then i will be able to say no to what she offers SO HELP ME !!!!  (Note: 150 cm, 68 kg is 4'11", 150 lb.)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI: 32), Goal: 108 lb - Hey Teens I want to make it clear you girls re not ugly, or failures, I was a teen myself not to long ago. I want you guys u can do this!!!<. stuffing yourselves with food doesn't help anything at all makes things worse, still re adjusting to my 20's., guys please enjoy the teens don't waste it, one day u re going to be waking up you guys 'll be 20'., Trust me its still a struggle for me., makes me sad to hear I'm just a sad turkey who sits in the conor of the table at school, your 380 lbs, u can get under that,. take it easy, portion control is the key, excrise take it slow, yes u can use RunKeeper app to start something running or walking, slower for begniers,. yes its a good app I lose bout 10-15 lbs before I lost movation after I left again., if anyone calls you names, tell someone you know you + trust,.

Start: 16 st 0, Today: 16 st 0, Goal: 13 st 0 - It's Diet time for Me, I'm just so horribly hugely F-A-T. I weigh a big 16 stone and I'm only 13! This time I'm sticking to it-no matter what- or they'll be calling me Ellie the Elephant if I'm not careful. My friends Ruby and Paris think I'm mad- but it's all right for them. Ruby looks like a model and has a chance to be a real cover girl. Paris is drop dead gorgeous but not me oh no, I'm just the big fat sad turkey who sits in the corner stuffing it face with food. I've been on a lot of diets but they have never worked out. There is a girl in my grade who is about 17 stone or something is she is 14. I'll be bigger then her before I no it. I'm fat. Fat Fat Fat!  (Note: 16 st 0 is 224 lb.)

Ht. 5'6", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 125 lb - Today I went to the doctor for a check up, and he told me that I've become obese. He made me take off my shirt and he looked at my belly, he told me that I'm close to developing diabetes and other issues. I've been fat for as long as I can remember. I love food, all I think about is food, I'm usually always eating. In the last 5 months or so, I've gained around 40 pounds. I've noticed that doing nothing simple tasks is becoming hard. Like walking up the stairs, running, or even walking for long periods of time makes me out of breath and tired. My belly had grown in size the most, but so has my arms and legs. My arms are extremely flabby and have lots of stretch marks, my belly hangs over my pants and has many rolls and stretch marks, and my legs rub together. I don't know what to do, my mom said that if I hit 200 pounds, she sending me to fat camp. I really don't want to go to fat camp because I think I'll be made fun of. Does anyone have advice?

I've always been chubby. Always. There was /one/ point in my childhood where I really got big. You know, big belly, big rolls, being picked on at school... Yeah. After all the nagging from my parents I finally got all the weight of to the point where I was just beautiful and curvy (I have big hips and stuff, so I can't be 'skinny' if you know what I mean) But anyway, a few months ago, my boyfriend broke up with me. He had used me for 2 whole months... So imagine how great that felt 😒. I started to eat more and now I'm just really packing on the pounds. I'm big everywhere but the place I've noticed it the most is my belly. Its gotten considerably larger and when I sit down it forms into three big rolls. I weighed myself yesterday and I am 170.9 pounds (I'm 14) Any suggestions to help me lose some weight?
