I weigh 114 lbs. i fell so big, is there any one out there that can tell me some things i can do to lose wieght. Just to let ppl no i don;t really eat junk food, i go to a school where i have to go up 6 flights of stairs to get to my class room and i am on a comptetive gymnastics team. i try to lose wieght but i can't.

Yeah! I finally made it from 160 to 150! I was really sad when I came back from this weekend party and discovered that I gained 6 pounds, but now I'm back to losing weight. I need to lose 30 pounds still, but getting a quarter done is some good work, nee?

I just to a second look at my scale and some son of a gun put the needle forward to 16 pounds. so i weighed myself again and i actually weigh 260. so that means i lost 3 pounds instead of gaining 13! That experience really scared me!

I am getting way too fat! i now weigh 276 pounds! I don't now what happend but i just weighed my self and thats what it said! i went from 263 to 276 in just two days! that is 13 pounds! the thing is i didn't eat a lot of junky food! no wonder when i was walking home from school, it felt like i had to carry a little bit more of something, and it was the extra homework!

i started a diet on the 25 and i lost 5lbs since i still have about 20 lbs to go.I stayed active like even if i was watching tv i would kick my legs in and out and i worked out some i did a few situps and pushups and i jumped in one spot over and over.Im starting a new diet today,im gonna replace breakfast with 2fruitsandV8or water,lunch-2fruits half a sandwich and a glass of water,dinner-whatever your mom cooks just cut it in half,if she doesnt cook and u cant stay away from white stuff like bread and stay away from fried stuff butter grease candy and cokes No cake.It seems like thats not alot of your food but if you get hungry dont eat drink water (thats if your try this diet)ok 150lbs right now i will tell update you all in 5 days.If u start this same diet and u need help just reply.

hey everyonei was wondering if anyone has, or knows of someone who has developed diabetes from gaining weight. I have put on heaps since last yr, and ive been getting some of the symptoms for diabetes. i used to be skinny, but i took advantage of that and i was eating to much so in 2 years i gained 60 pounds, yes it is posible. i am graduating from middle school this year and i would love to loose about 80 pounds just to be healthy and look nice. i am 5'5 and weigh 185, now you know what i mean. so please help me!!!

I know a way to lose weight. What you have to do is go to the gym like 30 minutes after dinner and dont eat past 6 o clock.
