hiya ppl i just like 2 say diets do work on tuesday i had toast 4 breakfast sandwich 4 lunch rice en chicken 4 dinner wednesday same but chicken and potatoes and veg thursday i slipped a bit and had 2 bags of crisps and 2 lil bars choclate and friday i had nbiscuits brealfast bad i no and 2 bags of crips and chocolate. on tuesday i went 4 25 min wlk and same on wednesday and i did 100 press ups and sit up on tuesday. but gues what i lost 4 pounds in 4 days not bad huh.

Hey...i just wana offer anyone advice who wants to read it. If you are overweight dont start doing crunches and muscle excercises. You have to loose the fat before you try to make ur muscle show. If you are overwieght and you do crunches ir probley isnt working because you have to burn off all the fat(cardio) before you start situps and push ups. I personally recommend tia-boe (spell?) its a really fun way to burn fat.

I'm so freaking out right now. I gained 15 pounds! This summer I weighed 125 and now I weigh 140! I don't know what to do.... I'm really starting to panic. When I saw the scale point to 140 I felt really depressed and I think that just made me eat more.... I don't know what to do! Help me, please.

I am trying to lose as much weight as i can before i move during the summer, cause no one there will know what i looked like now, you know a fresh start. I guess im not overweight acording to this site, but i am close. i weigh 140 lbs. (around i cant remember) and i am 5'3" tall. I wanna lose atleast 20 lbs (20-40 would make me happy) but i dunno how to lose weight! I walk about 3 miles home from school, mow my yard and the neighbor's yard every weekend (at noon when it is the hottest, makes you sweat),and i have cut my meals in half and nothing has changed! I really wanna change cause i am really unhappy. i dont look like i am 140 cause i got a lot of muscle in my arms and legs but i got a little gut its not flubbery but it is alot bigger than i would like it to be. hi guys my name is sue,im new here.I hope u dont find this offensive but i really need ur help,its not me whos overweight,its my boyfriend.He's 5'9 and almost 300lbs,he was already overweight when we started going out but he kept on gaining weight and now he hates himself.He is really insecure and is always depressed,i keep telling him that i dont care what he looks like and that i only care about the person inside,hes a really gr8 guy and i think i love him,and so i hate seeing him so miserable and wana help him in anyway.We tried excercising together aout 3 months ago and he was on a good diet but thnhe got sik of it whenhe started gaining again and now he refuses to excercise or even talk about the whole issue,he keeps telling me that if i want to leave him hell understand and thathe probably embarasses me infront of my freinds and stuff,but i keep telling him its not true.I really care about him and i always tell him that i will always b there 4 him and help him out.Im so sorry 4 burdining u with this problem but i really dont know what to do.Thanx alot :)

Hi; I'm about 5'8'' and 166-167lbs. I have finally gotten into a good exersize routine. I work out aerobically for 45-60mins 4 times a week at a gym, and lift weights for 30mins about 4 times a week. I also walk my dog almost everyday. For breakfast and lunch I am able to eat healthy because I pack my food and go to school. But when I come home I always eat more than I should for dinner. I do normally stick to a majority of veggies. My big problem is after dinner. I usually allow myself a non-fat yougurt or fat free frozen yougurt. But always find myself snacking. Whether it me good foods (fruits) or not so good (my big weakness is graham crackers and peanut butter.) I just really need some tips from you all on how to get over these cravings. Because I know I"m not actually hungry. THanks

hey im 13 and i think im about 5'3 tall and i weigh 140-143 pounds is that too much? because i want to be skinny my friend little brother keeps calling me a fat pig CONSTANTLY i just wanna kill him! and my friend didnt even do anything about it! i never even noticed how fat i was ! im obese!

I know how hard it is to lose weight as a young person. Many weight loss plans tell you you're too young to excerise intently or use weight training, but it's simply not true.
