Oh forgot my tip in return: For the plank excersize lay stomach first on the ground and get in push up position with your hands one on top of each other and your elbows about four inches apart. Try not to stick your back end up too high or go down too low, ( if you're too low, you might hurt ur back if you do it for a while). Do that position for maybe 10 seconds and repeat again. I try to do it for a minute, but only do as much as you can! I know my instructions were a little confusing so try typing "plank ab toner" in google or another search engine. They might have a picture online. Ok, I know it sounds confusing but it really isn't.

Much thanks to Rachel and Rebecca! I'm saving your tips and going to use them! I REALLY appreciate that and how quick you were. To Alissa, well I'm 5'00 and most of my friends are about five or six inches taller than me, but it really makes a difference. I think I'm going to run every other day and tone my abs with the plank excersize. As you asked, I'll keep you posted. By the way, tonight I had to go to dinner for my brothers birthday and I had a healthy vegetable wrap and it was REALLY yummy. So thanks to everyone and if you have any more tips well, feel free because I'm open to anything, and I'm sure other people might want to know a little something too!

REDUCED FAT popcorn is a good healthy snack to have... just don't eat the whole bag and NO EXTRA SALT AND BUTTER!

I'm about to enter high school and I weigh 135 pounds. I really can't stand my weight. I don't eat very healthily but recently I've been wanting to lose weight. Does anyone have ANY tips for me? I have no self control and I really want to lose weight by the time I enter high school. My abdomins are looking huge and I get really deppressed when I go shopping with my mom. I'm also really short so I never fit into anything. I'm pretty athletic but I can't stand hanging with all these perfect girls who fit in a size 2, it makes me so sad. So here's my tip for everyone else: Eat rice puffs for a snack if you're super hungry. They're sort of like water in a food substance and they're only 50 calories for one cup which takes a really long time. Unfourtunatly they taste HORRIBLE! I've gotten used to them, but if you can't try Quakes. Quakes are these rice chips and for 1 serving there's only seventy calories and believe me, they are DELICIOUS! Also, while eating dinner, put your fork down after taking a bite. It takes much longer to eat helping you eat less.)So... any advice? (view less)

Hey everyone I know ive been on here already in the past four days, but i really would like to know if it is possible to lose 45 pounds by august? If it is how would i go about doing it i have already lost ten pounds, but nothing about my body changed. I would really like some replies. I am becoming hopeless and i dont want to. THIS IS TO SAM WHO REPLIED TO AN EIRLIER POST OF MINE: I am following the weight loss forever diet on which you lose up to 10 pounds a week. It is expencive but works ok but I still weigh 195. I just can't stand that 2 pounds a week diet at 1,200 cals a day. I like the 10 pounds a week and 700 cals a day. - Just wanted to have a say, Nicola:-)

Hey Babez, To start out with, i am not fat. I just want to tone my body. But to do that, i need some help. My theighs! I have been playing soccer my whole life. My theighs are really, really muscular, and big. I want to reduce the size, but how would i do that? If i excercised more, wouldent that make them appear larger,and more muscular? But, what if i sat out a season....then my legs would become fatty! See, i can't think of a resolution. Any ideas would be greatly apprecited.
