Hey! Im 13 years old and I weigh 180 lbs. I want to lose weight...not in a flash of course, but I want to start now! Before it's too late! I want to lose at least 10-20 lbs., before June. I want to fit into my eight grade promotion dress (I want to look okay for when I get out of Junior High). I already lost some weight, about 20-30 lbs. I did some basketball and volleyball and it helped. The calculator says I should weigh close to 160 something. I would be glad if i weighed 170!! It would be GREAT. Ya know what? People say drinking water will fill you up but not for me i force myself to drink water but it is nowhere near filling. as a matter of fact it makes me hungrier and crave more so i'm starting to stay away from a lot of water.

I was 175 pounds and hated myself for it. Actually, that's not true, I liked myself until the world didn't and started commenting about it. So I took it upon myself to learn all I could about weight loss, the tips, tricks, advice. I told myself I would love myself if I could weigh only 160 pounds, but when I got there, I didn't like myself anymore than when I had started. I told myself I would find happiness at 150 pounds, wrong again. Today I am around 145 pounds, and pretty much wish I was still 175 pounds, because I loved myself for me then. Hi I am 5'8 and 250lbs. I really want to lose weight. I started REALLY trying to lose it by excersising and watching my calories. I did this for about 2 1/2 weeks then easter kicked in and i sort of got off track. I am getting back on the habit of excersising and counting my calories. Does anyone have any tips? I would really appriciate them. And also another thing that is making me wanting to lose the weight is that i have never had a boyfriend and i really want one but i know that i cant get one becasue i am fat. ~Heather

hi! to know how much calories you should eat to lose weight: (your desired weight goal) multiplied by 13. and then subtract 500. thats how many! say you wanna be 100 lbs. so you 100x13=1300, and sub. 500. i got this from a site and i am not sure whether it would worl but i guess its worth a try cause shes some diet guru and fitness fiend.

plz help i used to be at a good weight but then i broke my leg badly so i'm in a wheelchair and now i can't exercise and so i just sit in the chair soon i have to go for surgury and i won't be out of my cast for another 6 months my weight before was around 100 now i weigh 140 because of spring break and then easter and i can't exercise because i'm in a wheelchair it seems there is nothing i can do because it's like all the food i eat just stays in my body plz help my pants CARGO PANTS are super tightand my mom can't afford new clothes because she has to pay for the surgury i'm 4'10
