Hey guys! I'm 5'5" and weigh 170 pounds. According to the weight calculator, I should weigh a lot less. I really need to lose about 40 pounds or more, especially since summer is coming and I'm always invited to lots of pool parties. Has anyone tried Sugar Busters or another low carb diet? Did it work? I bought the Sugar Busters book, and it seems like it will work. I run around 7 miles a week, is that enough?

I AM SOOO HAPPY! I measured myself today and I lost 4 inches on my waist! I am already down a size! I was a size 18 (pants) but now I am a 16! Hoo-ray!

I have lost weight recently (I was 175 pounds), I am now 145 pounds and 5'2" and a size 13. Would you consider that fat. I'm in proportion, and all my friends say I'm not fat, but I still feel like a fat girl like i was at 175 pounds. So, do you consider me fat? Please reply.

Hi! I have a huge guestion. Remember people talking about Tae-bo? (i think thats how you spell it!) I was just wandering on how to get the tapes. I went to Target and it wasnt there. I went to Wal-mart and Blockbuster but again no luck!! If you know how to get the tapes for the itermediate please tell me!

y dont we organise a photos page, and we can post success stories with photos, wouldnt that be much better than just reading that janice or whoever lost 14 pounds? i know it would motivate me if you see the proof of weight loss. i dont know how wed do this, maybe we could just suggest it to the owner of the page or whoever runs the show. id really appreciate some feedback so if you think this is a good idea please reply
