Ht. 5'0", Start: 140 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 110 lb - I'm trying to start to lose weight. I have to swim at school soon,and I want to look at least not too big. Does anybody have any advice on how to get started? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 186 lb, Today: 176 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 125 lb - Hey everyone :) This is my first time actually writing anything here, although ive been reading the success stories for quite a while. Right now I weigh 176 pounds and still have a long way to go. I just wanted to know, how do you guys stay motivated? I mean, my family are the experts on eating junk and fast foods and they don't support me in trying to lose weight. So i guess it gets hard at times. What do you do to keep your mind on the 'straight and narrow' so to speak?

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 104 lb - I still stuggle to keep my promiess I am still trying to lose weight but don't give up girls boy's we can do this by will power... I want to be healthy by May or June.. so please don't give up!! there is the chatroom if you want support from teens .. Or the Lucy chat which is every Wedsenday from 7-8 p.m. love being fat is horrible.. Losing weight takes time.. And effort.
I used to struggle to keep losing weight I know what it was like to lose some weight and gain it back. Trust me guys it painful.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 144 lb, Today: 148.5 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 120 lb - SO, I've had a revelation you guys, and ephiany.
I have no control over my food-life. Like, seriously, food controls me. I think about food ALL the time. This weekened I went to this persons house to babysitt and I literally sat on their couch and just ate for two days. It was ridiculous. I come home, step on the scale and guess how much I weigh? 150lbs. Then I weighed myself in the morning and I weighed 148.5 Which is two pounds less than 150, but still ridiculous. I started this weight loss journey on November 1st, 2011 at 143lbs and instead of losing weight i've gained 5lbs! Well, yesterday, I decided that things needed to change. I made an appoitment with my doctor and i'm going to start excersizing and eating right again. No cheating. I'm keeping my weight journal on my phone, because it's always with me, so every little morsel of food goes down. I really want to change and my goal is to lose 14lbs by April 1st.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 203 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 130 lb - So, I've finally reached a breaking point. I'm tired of being fat, overweight, chubby, big boned, whatever you wanna call it. I really wanna be 130 by May 1st. Since it's about three months from now I really think I could do it. I WILL BE 130!! I'll be 18 in may as well, just in case anyone was wondering. I'm actually 17 and 9 months, but the teens board seemed to make me feel out of place. :)

I've basically been overweight since I popped out of the womb... and I would love to not be 'the fat girl' for once in my high school career, espeically for prom.. maybe i'll finally get a date! I try to excersise and watch what i eat but i get lazy and i get carried away when i start eating. So i basically need help with excersising routines and help with what i eat. Plus in school for term 4 i have swimming so i really wanna get in shape for that. Also, everytime i have a doctor's appointment he says i've gained weight and that dissappoints me. Next time i want him to tell me that i've lose weight :)

Ht. 5'10", Start: 214 lb, Today: 204 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 150 lb - Hi guys, I haven't been on here in years. I've been struggling with my weight my whole life, and now I'm finally putting in the effort! And it's actually working! So far today I've eaten a peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread, a slice of cheese pizza (always have to live a little!), an ounce of edamame, and a sliced red bell pepper. I feel good about it, but I'm sick, and can't work out. Plus my family got a ton of junky mexican food to eat later. :c What should I do?! Thanks, guys
