The problem is that I am naturally built bigger. Before I started 7th grade I was able to lose some weight but now I cant seem to. From December 2013 to may 2014 I've gained almost 30 pounds even thought I'm dieting and exercising. I don't know what to do anymore and I need help. My family is starting to get on me about needing to lose weight and since I've gained weight the few friends I had on the team no longer want to socialize with me since I'm bigger.. If anyone has something I can try to do it'd be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps isolated, abandoned and crap. I've not lost any weight in weeks! My parents have limited gym hours to 3 a week due to upcoming exams which is annoying. The exersice part is going okay I guess it's just the diet part. Mum never has any vegetables or healthy food in the house even though she knows I'm eating healthy. They were supportive for a bit but now nothing... It's just aggravating because I've got LOADS of weight to lose but it's not going anywhere! Feel like just giving up sometimes.

Its hard to look good when you're a plus size but I can barely find girls clothes that fit me appropriately. #3. There was a hole debacle when we went to the Dominican for March break. First I didn't fit in the seat!!!!!! Last year I squished in but barely. Now I need a full two seats. They had to rearrange a lot of people to get too seats next to each other. I was so embarrassed. Next when we got to the resort I laid on my bed and I broke the spring. They had to get it fixed and I had to lie on the floor in a sleeping bag. As you probably guessed I can't wear a bathing suit so I had to sit around all day watching other people enjoy the sun. Finally we had to get special reservations at the buffet because I needed a special seat I can fit into. Well I've been having a lot more issues with my extra weight. Right now, I'm almost obese on an adult bmi scale, and very obese on a children's scale. I'm more than 50 pounds overweight. I'm tall enough and lucky enough that my weight has grown more upward as opposed to making me rounder. I'm worried about later issues though. Also, being a plus size junior, who's already more mature than most of the boys, no one wants to date me. I really want/need to loose weight, and I'd love to be down a size or two by summer, but I have issues losing weight. I feel like I don't have time to exercise, and eating healthy is hard to do in public school. I could use all the help, tips, stories, and encouragement that I can get!

I have tried loosing weight so many times I've lost track. At one point I was 175lb and was very motivated to loose weight I lost 15lb but quickly gained it back plus another 40lb. I have a school dance coming up in a few months and would love to lose 20lb by then. I also play softball and can't fit into my uniform without it being skin tight. I don't know what I can do to find motivation or something that will help me through trying to loose this weight. If anyone has any advise for me or anything that will help me get back on track to reach my goals I would love to hear them.
