I'm 11 and I'm 12 lbs. overweight. But that's a big difference from the beginning of the year. I was 30 lbs. overweight then, but now I wear swimming suits and work out 5 times a week.

Help!!! Im 4'8 and I weigh 320 lbs! I get made fun of at school all the time and i have trouble fitting through some doors!I have to lose about 150+ lbs!! Its not funny! I need real help!! Does anybody have any ideas for me? I have trouble exercizing and cant stop eating!

I have been thinking about going back on the fruit and veggie diet...because i lost almost 20 lbs on that and now i have gained it back.. and i do exercise everyday but i need to cut back on the junk.. i need help bad. I'm bout 5'1 165-170. i want to get about 120 but hopefully 100 lbs. HELP!!!!!!!!.

why is everyone on here saying "what can i do to lose all this weight"!! god you know what to do!!
eat right and exercise!!!!!!! no offense but it sounds kinda stupid i think the thing is you don't want to eat right and exercise and are trying to think of easier ways to lose the weight. it really isn't as hard as you guys make it sound

I feel terrible! I have what you call a belly-bulge! ITs not very big but believe me, it makes a BIG difference!!! I want to go on a diet without starving myself! Does anyone have one? Also I swim everyday, and I do sit ups and stuff but, i think a diet will work better because I have to lose 20 lbs!!!! HELP ME!!!!! Thank you,
