Hey guys! OK, I have two questions and one tip: Is it better to eat three meals a day or 5 small ones? Is it better to have cereal or you know, bacon and eggs? The tip: I was 150 a long time ago and all I did was stop snacking at night (I was like eating a corn dog every night man) and I lost 15 lb.! Then I started snacking a little and gained 5 lb. some HELP!!! ok, im 4' 10.5" and i weigh about 120, ALL the fat goes to my thighs and my belly. im a vegiterian so there isnt much to eat here thats healthy. my parents bought some fruit but its going bad already!! does anyone have some healthy foods and some good exercises? i dance alot so that helps but i need more than that...someone give me some tips im very self conscious..thnx

Hey! I weight 130, I'm only thirteen. I don't feel so good about my self. I need help to LOSE some weight. I don't know where to begin. I have tried alot of other ways like don't eat two meals just one and such but its not working. I don't know what to do now. I don't feel confident in my life at all. I don't wanna to become 220 pound girl when I'm in ninth grade. I'm willing to sacifice alot for a good body. I hate my big tummy mainly. ok...i feel like eating all the time!! like when i have nothing to do, i just eat. i'm 5"8 and i weigh 168 or 170 pounds, i don't have a scale so its either or...ne ways, does anybody have any tips for me to stay full instead of eating? plz help me!! thx~xox~

ok people, i'm starting my diet today. wish me luck! i'm gonna drink nothing but water, and i can't have any candy, soda, chips, icecream, or fastfood whatsoever. and i'm gonna run for an hour everyday. i hope i lose like 30 pounds by the end of the summer.

Ok I just wanted to let everybody know that I just started a diet. I am eating breakfast bars for breakfast, salad for lunch, and salad and green tea with every meal. I am exersising for about an hour everyday. I hope I can lose 20 pounds. I want to know how long everyone thinks it will take me to lose this weight! I took before pictures today so that I can see my before and after pictures when I'm done.

hi im only 12 and i wiegh 190 pounds im trying to lose wieght. 1 year ago i lost about 30 pounds and even then i was like 120 and not proud. im gonna eat healthy and drink mostly water. thats what i did the last time and it worked in only a few months. i have advise no matter how big you get do not starve yourself its not the answer reading these storie got me motivsated again thanks

ok all im starting my diet to day and im currently at 165lbs so im hoping to get back down to atleast around 125-130lbs any suggestions that would help im just gonna start eating healthy and excersing and hopeful it gets me somewhere so does anyone think that if i eat like salads and veggies (carrots , apples, brocoli etc) and dont snack on junk foods and eat right and for dinner have meat and veggies . how much do u think i could lose by september ? thanks kylee
