Ht. 5'5", Wt. 183 - Hi guys, I started my diet on 9/25/05 and i'm trying to lose 40 pounds. I started at 183 pounds and I hope can lose it by eating smaller portions of better food, and exercising evertday. I havn't slipped yet! Any suggestions on how to lose.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 160 - Does anyone have any good ideas of healthy dinner meals that i can make? I make my own dinner cuz i eat earlier than the rest of my family. Are there any suggestions on what is an easy and healthy meal to make under like 250-300 calories. Thanks!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 165 - Hey everyone i have been reading the messages here and in the success section. I went from 179 to where i am right now around 163-165 but i really want to go down to 110-115. Ht. 200, Wt. 5'5" - If I drink just water, no pop or anything like that, eat no junk food,fatty food,greasy food,food like that and don't overeat,and exercise 30-60 minutes a day, can I lose 40 pounds by June?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280-270 GOAL:160 - Ugh, i'm really not doing too well today. I had a sensible breakfast and I haven't had lunch, instead I had a snicker bar and some mini powdered doughnuts that arent high in calories at all. I feel very guilty. So as my exercise today I am going to mow the lawn, spin on my stationary bike for 30-45 minutes then my denise austin workout tape..oh and for dinner i'm going to have a small small salad before dinner and a saucer (very small plate) my dad is making black eyed peas (yuck). Anything else I can do to workout. You guys tell me :)

Bresfast- kellogs 1 cup and 1% one cup of milk and apple bannana or grapes and water
snack-kellogs bar water
lunch- wheat bread brown sugar ham and mustard. Baked doritos(serving size)a fruit and water.
dinner- what ever mom makes in smaller portions or a lean cusine meal and water.
**** during the whole day i wanna drink 14 bottles of water*****
excirse-3-5 sit ups every moring and night
walk 10 times around the block= 1 mile mon, tues,thursday,sat
do 20 mintues of a t.v program everyday
10 mintues on the azelle freestyle
is this good how long it will take for me to be a size 16 i am a size 22 now please respond
