Ht. 5'6", Wt. 210 - hey everyone...i have been getting really depressed bout my weight i regret ever eating anything now... i have been overweight my whole life and it just keeps adding up as the years go by...so i decided....im just gonna eat a big breakfast! today:1 omlet, 2 pieces of plain bread, 1 cup of green tea im gonna have another cup of green tea and drink more water...but yeah and on other dayz ill eat like fruit or something but im seriouely getting sick of this! for 10 years i have been FAT and its annoying as f**k

Ht. 5'5, Wt. !!!!!!! - ok today for breakfast i ate a bowl of cereal with skim milk lunch i had a microwavable meal 230 cals then i had starbursts ..but only like 5 then i had an apple sauce cup thingy... which was unsweetened so it was just like a smushed apple, then for dinner i had a protein bar ..and at work some guy gave me some gummi bears and a cookie...so yeah ..... i think i had about 1300 cals or maybe 1200...im going to try and just have 1200 tomorrow with no junk like cookies and candy...other then that i think i did ok? also i ran 2-3miles today..and i did muscle training.. do yall think i can lose weight if i continue to improve my eating and exercise? well please tell me if you have any suggestions

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280 - Hey you guys..I hope all your weight loss is doing good. I have a question. I have a stationary bike in my house. And I do about 30 minutes on there when I can and the other times i do my workout tape by denise austin called blast away 10 pounds, that consists of kickboxing and it helps you shed 10 pounds in a month with the right diet and exercise. And I was thinking of buying more workout tapes but when I get the money I want to invest in a PS2 and dance dance revolution. So should I buy more tapes or wait until I can afford dance dance revolution? And is there anything else I can add to my daily workout or keep it the same? Replys are appreciated.

Ht. 6'4, Wt. 295-300 - Well, I have a little update. Since I've started playing football, our new coach makes us run every single day. Of course it's tiring, but I've noticed that I've had to tighten my belt more than usual, even though I don't look any smaller. I guess thats a good thing :).
