Ht. 5'6, Wt. 224 - Whats good ya'll Im tryna lose about 40 pounds to 50 by dec do ya'll think its possible with my plan look: For breakfast I have cereal(cheerios with skim milk,half banana,1/4 some type of healthy bagel besides made with flour, lunch baked chicken without skin, salad. dinner tuna salad or chicken salad with broccoli.
then throught the day i have two snacks morning and afternoon. one is toothpick pretzels and some cheese. and the other low-fat plain yogurt,coulple cucumber slices and a peach.all responses are ok

Ht. 5' 6", Wt. 148 - Hey im really afraid for my friend hes my height and weighs 350 pounds (that what he said). He has diabetes too. Every day I seem him he seems more overweight. I think obesity runs in his family and his parents ared convinced hes fine. I know hes overweight and I want to help him but he wont listen. He thinks im crazy. Any advice? Thanks.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280-GOAL:160 - Hey everyone, its a new month comming and my goal for this month is to get 10 more pounds off my breakfasts will be a granola bar with milk, or a nutri grain bar with milk, or a bowl of honey nut cherrios. Lunch is salad, and dinner is anything me or my dad make but very small portioned. And for exercise, I plan on buying another tape, but I already have the Denise Austin Blast Away 10 pounds, and I ude my stationary bike for 30 minutes a night. Is this a good plan, oh and I drink alot of water daily.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 145 - hey guys. i know everyones familiar with binge eating (no that wasnt an insult) but like . im doing it now like everyday and i know im not overweight but im going to be very soon. everyday i eat a little bit more and i used to weigh around 130, or a bit less. i ate healthy and didnt even think about my weight ever. i ate junk when i wanted it and never overate it. i dont know what happened. i jtus feel out of control. id ask what should i do? but the response has always been see a therapist (ive read some earlier posts) but im to embarassed to. and i dont want anyone knowing. can anyone relate?? to the issue not my actual weight . again im posting with the issue not my weight so i dont want to offend anyone. thanks so much guys
