i am very self consious about my self and it makes me really sad when i shop with my friends because they can wear anything and look good. i am 5'4" and weigh 160 pounds. i've tried all sorts of different diets, but none of them really work. if anyone has any advice write me back on this messege. thanks

Hi, I havent been on here for a really really long time. I have gone up and down, but I am now starting to get back on track with losing again. I have a question, this is what I had for Dinner tell me if you think it is bad or not? I had a pria bar(110 calories), a full bag of 94% fat free popcorn,(250 calories), 6 of gardenburgers pizza nuggets(180), a 1/2 cup of frozen yogurt(90), and a tootsie pop(80).

hiya! hope evryone had a merry christmas, i did! but it was the first time since august that i have eaten junk. and i mean i went mad! i was nearly sick i ate that much! do u think i will put on any weight? its going to be hard to go back 2 my healthy food :( but by the way im 5"3 and weight 144lbs, in august i weight 191 lbs. so if u know if this will affect my weight let me know! i dont want to go backwards!thanks! xxx

Hey guys!! Well I'm new here but I hope xmas was good. I ate so much but my trick is this. I won't weigh myself till Jan 25th now. Im going on a "mystery diet". Where do dont know how much you will be loosing. Its just going to happen. I'll exersice a lot and eat healthy. I cut out sweets and junk food for one month. I hope i can do it. My inspiration? I'm going to florida in Feb and I want to look real good. I'm 130 and I want to be 117. I wish all of you luck!

Hey yall I am 17 year old and feel like i am in a hole that i can't get out of. I have been battleing the fight of being overweight all my life, yet this year seems to be the one that has taken a toll on my everyday life. I get so discusted with myself and for somereason i start to eat. I don't know what ot do any longer I feel trapped in a body that i can't stand to live in and I want to lose it all. but feel i have no support on it and it just causes more food SO PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Ok, im 170lb right now, and i have FINALLY come up with a goal. I AM going to be 130 by the end of june. SO, if my math is correct, that means that i have 6months to loose 40lbs. I think this is possible. Thats, lets see---24weeks--- 40lbs, oh boy, i need a calculator... ok its like just under 2 lbs a week. Do you guys think i can healthily do it?? OMG, if i could do this it would be soooo awesome. Please help me, i need a good exercise plan that i can do inside since the weather here is nasty. Wow, i think i can do it!! but i need your help!!
