i dont know if anyone on here wud know butttttt i ran 3 miles 2 days ago and my calf muscles are still really tightened...i stretched b4 and after...i also feel like i have shin splints...the pain has been getting worse and now my lower back hurts as well...im a cheerleader and i know for a fact my coach will NOT let me sit out a game...i have a game today and ive been icing and taking advil non stop but nothing is helping!! wat shud i do?!?!

Hey guys...Ever get on a scale one morning and weigh one thing...then before you go to bed, its like you weigh 5 pounds more? That happend to me a few times...but the trick is to only weigh yourself once or twice a week!

yay- i'm starting the firm tomorrow with the firm 30 day diet plan that came with my rotation calander. it is very healthy and i just went grocerie shopping for it. it's basically super healthy eating that's all planned out for you for a while so you get used to it. it says in ten workouts you'll see the differnce- i want to really commit to this for a long time- and it looks so fun!

hey this is my first time ever posting I have always had a hard time with my weight Iam 178 pounds right no and Iam 5'6. I should weight around 144 pounds for em Iam have been tryinh hard 2 lose 38 pounds but have not hadd much luck it is hard for me even thought i try hard i want 2 be thin and look better as most of you know school can be hard sometimes cuz of rude ppl and i don't want 2 have the problem any more i want 2 feel better about myself yeah.. that is all for now :)

There are loads of strays dogs and running would be hard if there was a dog chewwing on my leg. I have a high cholesterol and I am on a low fat low cholesterol diet I don't have much time to work out because I work part time at Wal Mart and I babysit through the holidays. I have to do something but what ????? please answer

Hey Everyonem, I have a delema and i could use some help. I am 14 about 5 foot 4 and lift weights regularly about everyother day. So i don't konw if that has an effect or not but i mean i don't have an overly large gut and i am about 167 pounds but for a guy as dumb as this sounds i do store a little more fat in the breast area, what can anyone say about this. if anyone could I'D APPRECIATE IT SO MUCH!
