hey well the doctor put me on this 500 calories diet for 2 months to see what hapeens and im goin to do that and than run.. i weight 150 and want to be like 115 so minus 35 pounds does anyone think i can do it..?

Who hates stretch marks as much as me?? anyone?? no, probably not...dont think ANYONE could hate them as much as me.See, i am supposed to be a really tiny person. you know, like 115 pounds. well, when you weigh about 70 pounds more than that you get lovely little things called STRETCH MARKS..AHH!just for clarification..

Hi everyone. Just last year i got some friends at school for the first time ever and i felt gr8. But this year they are ignoring me, and it makes me so upset that i eat and eat. Since the begining of this year i have gained almost 50lbs. At the begining of the year i weighed 295lbs but now i weigh a whopping 340LBS!! I used to be a size 22 but now i can barely sqweeze my flabby body into a size 30! HEY EVEYONE!!!!! its me again! i havent done so goo di went back up so now i am 136 and i want to be atleast 120 by june 12 or actually 116 but that wont help. see the thing wiht me is i wouldnt be this much but i cant say no to snack and cookies but i swore to myself that i will from now on! and that is all worth it in the end so i am going to greece june 12 and i REALLY wanna look good in bathing suit. so ima try anf go down for that! like REALLY TRY! if anyone is willing to help me and liek just be buddies and like email eah day explaining wat we ate and did then that would be great! if u would liek to leave ur email in ur replies :D, the thing wiht me is also i already have enough muscle so im trying ot get rid of the fat so i dont have to work out SO much just liek twice a week or something well please help me! thanx xxxx

i dont care how much weight i lose by august, i just want to make my 43 inch stomach down to at least 35 inches and slim my thigs, is this possiable? and how much weight would i have to lose to achineve this goal? I NEED HELP FAST!!!!

Hi everyone!!!!! I am 17 years old and I weigh 152 lbs. Ugh, so heavy. Anyways, I need your help. I am going to a wedding in September in England and I want to be about 135-140 lbs. Since February, I have lost about 8 pounds, but I have been taking Xenadrine ( a type of diet pill). I know that its bad, and I have been taking different kinds of diet pills since i was about 13 or 14 years old. I need to start a fitness routine and help from all of you guys. hey guys. I was doing so well and got to 140.5 from 147 and now I'm 143 cuz I've been messing up. I know It's not the end of the world..however I do feel really bad about it. I'm just gonna start all over tomorrow. I have a camping thing on the 21st of this month and I'd love to be 135 by then. If I'm not I'm still gonna go and have a good time cuz I know I won't be able to lose 8 pounds. I'm gonna try though. I still have my trainer and I have muscles starting to show up and I feel more motivated then I did when I first started but I still have my doubts about being able to do it. I'm not sure what to eat cuz I want to build muscle and melt the fat off. To be a healthy weight I have to be 128 or lower and my goal is 120..it was 110 and then 115 but then I told myself I have to be real about it and I saw a picture of me when I was 120 and I was gorgeous. Here's the thing. OK on Friday, and Saturday I did really good, and I only ate fruit and yogurt for breakfast, and for lunch I had a forth a peanutbutter sandwitch, and a bottle of water, and I weighed myself this morning (I haven't had anything), and i weigh exactly the same and oh yeah, I ran 1.5 miles too. Does anyone have any ideas for me?

well everyone day one went well. i realize that i just have to control myself. i thought that was really hard but you just have to beleive in yourself. also it helps me to remember that just because you have a craving doesn't mean you have to give in. most likely the food you are craving is not going to dissappear, so you can have it the next day. and if it does dissappear maybe its a good thing.

Did u guys know that Wonder Light low fat reduced calorie bread is only 80 calories per TWO slices (40 cals per slice)and have 2.5g of fat (for the TWO slices) , hellmans reduced fat mayo is only 25 cals per serving and 2g of fat
