Hey y'all i thought i was going to have a terrible time at the doc's office for my phisical today, however, I had endded up losing a pound from this morning (though it was different scales) So i weighed 164 there. Then the doctor was really nice and she gave my mom information on this really great sounding teen weight loss thing. You join with your parent and it only 500$$ for the both of you for 10 weeks, where most result were about 20 pounds a person. I'm so happy that my mom actually spoke up about my weight because she never did before, even when i was 11 years old and weighed over 190 pounds. I'm proud that she finally spoke up (though i was going to anyway, but she beat me to it)Well I hope that y'all had as good of a day as I had. ~*~Chelsea~*~

Oh my goodness...you guys...Ill tell ya how to lose weight....its called...DONT EAT SO MUCH!...Its really simple guys...I used to weigh 240 and I was 5'6'' around Oct. 2002...now I weigh 178 and im 5'10''...IT IS POSSIBLE!!! just friggin dont eat fast food....and give your diet some time guys...like when I started the diet I am on which was March 15th...I weighed 218..now im 178..pretty good ehh? When I started I lost weight really fast in the first week...but the second and third weeks I lost about 2lbs. but after that I lost about 5 lbs. a week....It is hard...but you have to have willpower guys...after a few weeks you dont crave food all the time and it just gets easier and easier to lose weight...if you want my complete diet just tell me.... Hey yall...I'm semi new to this website...and I just thought I'd ask for some weight loss tips for your tummy area...Im overweight but not to an extreme extreme (Id rather not give my height and weight) I have abs somewhat but theres what I like to call 'a thick protective covering' ontop of them...hehe...well any tips on how to burn that fat would be appreciated! thx!

Does going to this site make anyone else hungry? Lol juss wonderin.Anyway I just wanted to know how many calories a day you all eat? They say 1200 is good for someone weight 100 pounds but I heared that's really unhealthy. I ussually eat like 1500-2000. Though I've only been counting for like a week but I'm juss eatin what I normally eat.

I am finally down to 215!!! Once I get down to 208 I will know that is the weight I was at 3 years ago, and the smallest I have been in 3 years!!! Once I get under 200 I will probably cry. Anyway, I am in desperate need to get motivation to start exercising. I got used to doing Advanced Taebo (which is 57 minutes long)and 8 Minute Abs before going to school at 4:45 in the morning and then again at night before going to bed. I didnt have a scale then and I was still eating crap nonstop but I could still notice a difference. But within a week I quit, not cause it was too hard but I got lazy. I figured by skipping one day i would make it up the next and so on. But I am so determined now because I am down from 249 to 215 in I think less then 3 months so now I see it is possible. You might think this is over doing it, but when i did this I felt so good and energized throughout eachday and started to look forward to exercising. My muscles were a little sore but they felt tight in a good way not painful. hey i found a good altertivie to ice cream!!lol italian ices have only 100 calories per container..no fat or anything..they are good too i like the chocolate ones but they are 120 cal.yogurt is good too..i like dannon or slim + fit dannon or w.e they call it its only 90 cal a cup!

Hey guys ! I lost like 10 pouns in two weeks! But I am in need of advice on how to loose the last 45 pounds I am doing really good with working out and I have also cut down in my portions and I am drinking diet pop and water! So is there anything else I can do to make this work for me? I need to be 160 by this summer! Please help!

heya people. I weigh 10 stone, and I wanna loose weight to weigh 8 stone. Is this good for today? cereal and a cup of tea (no sugar tiny bit of milk), two oranges, hot drink (no sugar, no milk), Boiled potato's, a grilled sausage, lots of brocoli and a slice of plain toasted pitta bread? but i'm still hungry!!

Hey guys, I've been reading ur stories and they are really inspiring, I just have 1 problem, i have absolutely no will power, i get to motivated to eat healthy, but once i see junk food or something, i just go for and then i feel really guilty later. Does anyone have any advice on how to gain more will power?
