Ok i have been eating salad for two weeks straight and nothing else except for like a few dairy products here and there and the stuff to keep you healthy. How bad is it if i put full fat dressing on it?

when i eat like a cracker i feel like i'm overeating and in the morning if i eat i feel sick is something wrong with me? i need help i really really wanna lose like 2 or 3 pounds a week but i don't know how and i need help so please tell me how or give me advise thx! xoxo

this weekend i excersized alot i played in a baseball game i ran around all weekend and i gained 5 pounds i dont get it i had mcdonalds on saturday but thats it.Now im 5'7 180 and i have a doctors appointment and i really dont want to be weighed and have to take off my shirt its so embarrising

hey ppl, i pretty sure that u noticed that when ur counting calories, that there's a little bit of fine print on the bottom. well, the ppl that measure the calories base it on a 2,000 calorie diet , and if ur eating less than that might mean that ur consuming less calories? i'm not overweight, i'm just here to help. and i was wondering if u ppl have noticed that?!? u may add up the calories u consume incorrectly but ur body knows how much u have consumed. tell me cauze i was just wonderin myself.

Hey i just started a diet today of lots and lots of fruits, and some vegetables, and nuts and chicken for protein..do you think by doing this and exercising i can lose 10 lbs by the end of the month? please reply..your suggestions really do help.thank you

Okay I hav a ques about calories. You know how on the nutrition labels it says Calories and has a number and then it says Calories from Fat?Well which one do you count? Do you ignore fat calories and just count the other ones or vice versa? Or do you add them together?

I'm pretty good through out the week but when the weekend comes i eat like a pot-belly pig! I don't know why maybe cuz i'm board and i have time to enjoy the food, i'm not sure but i wind up gaining back all i lossed in that week on the weekend any suggestions??

Hold everything! This site said you need to run a mile to work off yougurt!! And yet you don't have to run at all to work of fruit!! How does that work? Wouldn't you need to run at least some to burn off fruit and veggies? And a mile is a looooong way, especially for yougurt!! What's uyp with that??

Hey everyone A while ago I put a comment I just put can someone help me. Well that weekend I went swimming and played basketball and walked every day or mabey even 2wice. I lost 5 pounds I think in a weekend. I did not eat any junk food and drank alot of water. It seems imposible but I was 140 and then I turned 135Well then I got depressed becuase my father was an acholoic and I started to eat becuase I was so sad. That was like mabey 6 months ago.
