Hey..ive heard all tht shyt about how if u dont eat ur body holds on to the calories and burns the fat slower so u get fatter or sumthin.. BUT really guys i mean c'mon u like HAVE to lose weight if ur not eating at all right?.. i dont want ne comments about how its wrong just tell me IF YOU DONT EAT AT ALL WILL YOU LOOSE WEIGHT?...thanx!

hey guys...i think i have some wierd butted problems. im 16 (i will be 17 in july)....and i still have not started my period. im overwieght. 5'5" and about 200 pounds. ive tried diets and things but i just get really lazy and stop. i try walking like an hour everyday. at school i am always tempted to go to the vending machine and buy some candy. at lunch i always want to buy cheese fries. im such a reject i know. please if theres someone out there that can help me...please do so....it would really mean a lot to me. thanks.

This might sound sick but does eating your boogers cause you to gain weight? (This is not for me! It's for a friend... she thinks guys dont like her becasue she is fat and she does need to loose a lil weight though and she eats her boogers)

Hey y'll. I found that lately I haven't been able to lose weight. So I cut back and some did come off but then lately i jumped up my calorie intake 200 more. Instead of gaining i'm losing even faster than before. Do anybody have any reason to why this is?? Is it just for some weird reasons this is happening and one day i'll wake up and be 10 pounds heavier because i'm eating more???

if you want to keep the loose weight and keep it off, look fantastic and feel it den u shudnt b goin on all these diets. 98% of people on diets put the weight back on again. the way to do is simply exercise regularly and eat healthier foods. its dat simple! after a while your not even tempted because you feel so great and dont wanna go back to how u used 2 feel. i have lost 8lbs in 2 weeks already and i feel fitter than ever. i no its only a start but its the start of something big and this time i beleive its really possible. if u have any questions just ask, thanx xxx

I am 5'5 and i weigh 130-----I really want to lose 5 pounds by May 13(my bday) is there any way that i can do this? Is it highly possible? I dont eat that much to begin with and for the past week iv been exersizing for 45 min. a day. Yesterday I had 2 pieces of whole wheat bread for breakfast----two handfulls of pistachios---A LOT OF WATER---2 (Small oatmeal cookies)----and then i had a big grilled chicken salad(But it had gorgonzola cheese in it) and i gained weight--i think the reason for this is because i ate late---can anyone think of any improvements to this diet? So far today all iv eaten is a whole wheat bagel and a lot of water---and for dinner im going to have wonton soup---and shrimp(without the sauce)---does anyone have advice for a better diet? maybe its because i ate so late at night???Help!!

So anyway...I messed up again today so I will definately have to start again tomorrow and this time for real b/c I have actually made up my mind and stuff. Here's my plan-B=2 pieces wheat toastL=Some veggies from the school and some fruit tooS=maybe some fat free yogurtDinner=Dunno-we are having McDonalds...i am thinking i will get a grilled chicken sandwhich w/o mayo and stuff and just eat the chicken and have a side salad with fat free dressing...After that i am not going to eat anything which might be hard b/c my mom is having a party. I am going to exercise a bunch too. Wish me luck b/c i am going to need it!! :)
