Hello everyone. Lately I have been gaining weight after losing a lot after 3 or 4 months of being really good and doing extrememly well with my dieting it has just recentally caught up with me and now i'm starting to pig out. I got deserpate and i did the unthinkable, i purged. I know the dangers and everything but that doesn't seem to make a difference in my mind. Help me before i go overboard and ruin my body and can't go anywhere to eat without a place to go hurl!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok.... if u are really into exercising then IN THE MORNING take a helf hour walk and thenbye a tae bo tape(BIlly blanks is the best one thats what i have) if u arent into the whole exercice thing, then get yoga(with suzanne deason) its easy and shows results right away. if u dont want to go out and get tapes, its ur loss because thay arent expensiv! now for the meal plan, alll i have to say is CHICKEN and SALAD!! ok stay clear of mac and cheese and anything that comes in a box. try not to eat alot of bread and pasta. instead try whole wheat. day 1(B-breakfast, l=lunch, s=snack,and d=dinner) b- glass of skim milk and whole weat toast w/ a tbs of peanut butter(no juice) l- WATER, turkey sandwich on wheat with lettuce tomato and an orange s-about 7 carrots with fat free dip, water d- WATER, chicken (stear clear of meat, do poultryor fish) grean beans, salad (NO potatoes or starchy foods) dessert jello if u want more just ask

hey y'all! i haven't been here in almost a month. But anyways do you all think that this eating plan will work: For breakfast 1 starch (usually cereal) 1 dairy and 1 lean protein and usually a green tea. Then for lunch a salad, 2 tablespoons fat-free dressing, 2 oz lean protein, and 1 piece of fruit. For afternoon snack, 1 dairy and 1/2 a starch. And then for dinner 1 lean protein, 2 veggetables and maybe 1 starchy veggetables. Then for my snack at night a piece of fruit. Does that sound like to much to lose weight on or is it balanced enough? Also i want to make cheering, do you think that i could at 165 lbs.? do I got a chance? lol. please respond, much luv ~chelsea~

OMG!!!!!!!!!!i finally lost the weight. I am 5'11 (iknow, im really tall for a girl) and i used to weigh 204. now i weigh 149. i already went shopping for bathing suits(bikini) and i look great!!!! i ate healthy, but didnt starve myself! i exercised but not excessively. after 3 weeks it actually became fun. IF ANY OF U NEED HELP , REPLY AND I CAN GIVE U EXERCISE TIPS, AND MEAL PLANS IF U WANT! but i will have to post them, because my mom doesnt want me to give out my e- mail because u never know about the wackos that could be on the web... so if ur intrested, reply and ill post another one !!!!!! dont be afraid to ask anything

Hey guys, me again. I am not doing so well, although I have maintained a weight of 138 for the past week. The reason I am not doing so well is because I went shopping for spring formals on Saturday and nothing fit me! All the dresses were too small!! I got so upset I didn't eat anything for the rest of the day..I know, I know, I shouldn't have done that, but I was SO upset! I still haven't found a dress, and the spring formal is this Saturday!! All my friends have dates too, and it seems as if no one is interested in the short chubby girl who is pushed over on the sideline...I feel so ashamed...what should I do??

Hi I just realized that I have'nt lost a pound in my life i am 460 pounds (I know it sucks)I have to get measured on a cattle scale I guess I'm too fat . I tried losing weight. My doctor said in a year I will have trouble walking if I gain at this pace does anyone have any tips for a big gal like me

hey hey ppl.ok, i don't know if this will work for you but hey, its working for me. i weigh myself like maybe once a week and i think about what i am hoping to have lost that week (like a pound maybe two) and when i'm eating i think of how great it would be to see that on the scale.ok i tipped you, i wanted to know if you have any tips on diets. i am losing trying to lose weight. i lost like 12 lbs but then i gained 4. i just wanted to know if you have any breakfast ideas for atkins or easy lunch i deas that don't take forever. i really want to see like 179 or 178 on the scale real soon! ;)

hey ppl, i just wanted to say that whatever u do, don't starve urself or make urself throw up! Anorexia and bulimia is a horrible thing and no one should start. just in case any of u are thinking about it (ahem!). and i know why u would want to. u see all those skinny models and even girls in ur own school who are so skinny but can eat w/e they want and not gaina pound. but don't pay any attention to those ppl cauze that's how the whole world is these days. if u become anorexic ur periods stop, ur insides start to malfunction b/c they need nourishment and the body starts to eat them b/c it needs nourishment. and u won't have friends, family, a future to look forward to b/c u'r going to be too busy focusin on urself and ur weight. PLEASE THIS IS JUST A WORD OF ADVICE AND IF U DO BECOME ANOREXIC U'LL MISS THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF LIFE AND LIVING!

Hey guys! I havent been here in forever! I just read your post chelsea and that's awesome about the trainer and stuff I hope that works out. Sarah I also read your post and I know how u feel about coming to this site for so long and nt really seeing much change. I didnt see any posts from anne so I hope everything is going well with her. I haven't weighed myself in forever, my new goal is to just get in shape and eat healthy, I started jogging four days ago and I actually kinda like it.. 4 days ago i could barely jog 1/4 of a mile without fainting and now im up to 1/2 mile and hoping to be able to jog 1 mile without stopping and at a pretty good pace by the end of may. I will try to come here more, but I hope you are all doing okay. Hey guys. Today I was the highest I've weighed in a long time 147. I also started my new plan today and I know I can do it. I finally got a trainer to come and help me at my house. She walked me through all kinds of exersizes and stuff and I feel sore right now so I know It's working. I also jogged 1 mile today and walked 1 mile today. I am eating better then usual too so I think I'm on my way. My trainer said..Don't worry I'll get you into that bathing suit you want to wear..so I feel really good..now that I have some support..not only from my trainer but from everyone here too. Specially my girl Kara! kk everybody..I want to give a true thanks to you. This site is making me feel better even though I'm 147 pounds at 5'1". Chels

hey everyone i have a recital in 2 weeks so im not going to eat anyhting except like 2 pieces of chicken this friday and a small salad tormwo but thats it so im goin anorexic for 2 weeks how much wegiht will i lose also im running everyday.. this isnt like permanent its jsut so i fit in my recital clothes..COMMETN on how much i can lose,.!!!!!
