hey, I think that something is wrong with me. for about the past month a have been on a diet. I hardly ever drink pop, or other high clarie DRINKS OR FOOD! YET, at first, I lost about 4 pounds in the first week. THen, even though I still am exercising and eating right, I gained it back!!!!What is wrong with me? i need a lot of tips on weight loss

I am from NYC so i am at the center of the world. I have been around the most beautiful people in the world and the ugliest- the thinnest and the fattest. When i first met my boyfriend i was really happy with myself and very confident and over the past year i have become hateful with myself and i dont enjoy myself whatever or wherever igo because i am constantly jealous of everyone. You need to be happy with yourself and lvoe yourself and if you want to lose weight do it in a healthy way, by eating healthy foods that make your body healthy, or by exersizing not by eating liquid. I think that this website is def. a lot better then the other one. I know right now you may not believe what i say but its true. My relationship with my boyfriend(we were pefect) has gone down hill because of how i treat myself - he wants to be with someone who loves herself and isnt always looking down at everyone and everything. Hi I'm Jay and I'm 15. Growing up here in the country there is food everywhere and sometimes I'm lured into that greasey food. I weighed myself 12 min ago and I'm 243lbs and god knows I would love to lose 100 lbs. What are some steps I can take to start off my weight lose?

ok ppl i have a few tips on how u guys can lose weight. i want to congratulate all of u for making it a goal to lose weight. Its not easy but in the end it will be all worth it. i'm not overweight but here are the tips. Number 1. Be aware of what u drink. Its amazing how many extra calories are in sodas, juices, and other drinks. Cutting out soda completely can save u 360 calories or more each day. Avoid diet sodas too, the artificial sweeteners are probably not good for you snf they tend to make some people hungry.Drink a lot of water (duh!) Switching from whole to nonfat or low fat milk is also a good idea, or switching to soy milk is even a better idea... (Click here to see rest of message).

Hey guys...uhh I need your opinion on something. I was doing a little thinking, and I came up with a plan to help me lose. I will get a TON of veggies and fruits at the store tomorrow, I will drink a TON of water, and I want to give up junk food too. I will also do a lot of crunches, cause they seem like the best exercise for me. I realize I am really overweight, and I am going to be totally committed! All opinions welcome, thanks guys!!

I am so ashamed... I remember when I went to the doctor on January 15th, I was about 240. I know I didnt get serious about losing weight until a few weeks after that. Anyhow I got down to 226 about a week and a half ago. Then this past week I got down to 221.5! The lowest I have ever been in about 2 years I think. Wednesday morning I was 223.5. I had a tuna salad with lettuce and tomatoe on a roll for lunch and a salad with NO dressing but chicken, slices of bacon, scallions, and boiled eggs. TONS OF WATER. And when I woke up yesterday morning I was 221.5! I had the same thing for lunch i had the night before but with a pear. When I got home I was only up to 222 which I knew I would burn off. But then I decided to make a sandwich because I was STARVING, but it was only worth no more then 200 cals. So I ate it and weighed myself. Everything was fine but I was STILL hungry. I ordered... I got hysterical. I was thinking about all of the things I want to do this summer and how i dont want to be embarrassed anymore and I couldnt take it. I made myself throw up for about a half hour straight and I was crying and blood was coming out but I just couldnt stop. I couldnt breathe at one point. I felt terrible! But then when I got on the scale it was back down to 221.5. Then I felt so happy. I went to work, came home and I was only up to 222. But I knew I had just drank a LOT of water. I woke up this morning and I am now 219.5. I am happy but I also feel bad. I dont want to make this a habit. But I dont want to get in that situation and I do that again because I KNOW it will work. I am determined to restart my life! I will have a nice normal life! I'll clean my room regularly and keep up with my homework! And there is just one more thing! Summer is coming and I must look nice in a bikini! Which is why I am gonna lose weight. Does anyone know of any good ways to lose weight? Like any good exercises and what are some really good foods? I have cut out snacks because I over eat when I have them, and I have cut out most all junk food. Sometimes I'm allowed to have a treat and I am also drinking lots of water and trying to eat smaller portions. I have been doing really well by eating lots of fruits and veggies! My goal is to lose 30-35 pounds by around the middle of June is it possible? Any tips? Thanks so much for all of your help! =D

Hey everyone I just went and rode my bike a little not enough to count but every little bit helps right and then I hoola hooped and i can keep it up for a long time since hoola hooping helps u loose inches off ur waist and then a little later i may try an excercise video but i get bored with them so i do like helf of it and then come back later and do the other half but I am tryin really hard I need to work on the eatin part of the diet. I am on my period now and I am tryin to loose the little weight from bloating i gained like a pound from bloating and so I may not weigh again sunday but i may depending on how well i do on my excercise/diet the rest of the week. I am also going to try getting all my homework done this weekend right aways then like tomorrow or sunday clean my room really well then sunday take a shower and relax with a nice big glass of water and a good book. I am hoping to do this this time instead of procrastinationg. Well see ya later

HiI havent posted here in a few weeks cuz I wuz putting weight on and didnt like it - I'm back to losing again now - right now im 184 - so I just got another 4lbs to lose before my birhaday - thats in a months time so I should be okay. I just want to say to any people thinking about losing weight that if its for the right reasons (because you are overweight) to go for it - I spent so much time putting it off because I thought no matter what I did I would always be fat - now I've lost 46lbs - One day I have to be 136 - which is in the middle of my healthy weight range - but now if I lose these 4lbs I will be lighter than I have been since I was 13!!! My next target is 166 - which puts me in the normal weight range! Thats another 18lbs but I know I can do it - when I do I'm gonna cry so much.... EVRYONE - YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU WANT IF YOU BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!! - good luck - KTX
