Today: 198 lb - I am worried about my weight I am 11 but weigh a whole lot more!!!I weigh 198 and the doctor put me on a diet that did not help one bit! I cant cut back then i will eat more every chance i get to eat!!!!! PLEASE help is urgent and really needed especially in the butt area!!!

Ht. 5'4", Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 97) - When i was young i was a twig!! now im not im 5'4 and weigh 167. my stomache is 47 inches around. My arms and thigs are flab and when is tand up i cant see my toes.. n e advice? oh and all i do is eat and eat i cant stop!

Hey. Henry~ Actually...I've gained the weight that I lost back, my fault entirely. I stopped eating healthy...er, but I'm getting back on track. I became a vegetarian a couple weeks ago actually. Not because I wanted to lose weight, but because I read some stuff that changed my entire way of thinking. I just need to get into eating everything healthy;-) Which just needs will power. I'll be working out this summer, plus I'm working as a lifeguard, so I won't be pigging out on anything;-) When I first became a veggie, I lost 5 lbs because meat is so fattening. im fed up of peope saying there fed up and leaving (i not is controdicting my self but who cares!) if know onereplys 2 your messages its because they have no idea what 2 suggest! just look some were else or ask some one else . dont leave or giv up because thats going 2 upset u even more and then you will feel worse which could cause you 2 eat more and put on more weight! so think about it, in the long run isnt it better 2 stay here and keep trying????????????????i know at least 1 ofyou are going 2 think , thats easy 4 her/him 2 say , but if you think about it it i easy 4 u to say aswell ! please reply if u have a comment on this

I have been overweight all my life practicly at least ive been critisized and denied for several things.
