hey guys, i know its been a while since ive wrote. ive come to a real problem in my weight loss. the first month is over and ive lost 10 pounds, now its the second month and im not losing weight! and im gettin so tired of eating sandwhiches for lunch and dinner, does anyone have any good sensible way to lose weight and eat good food at the same time? is it because i eat about 1000 calories a day? my dad said im not losing weight because im not eating enough calories, any tips? thanks

Ht. 6'0", Today: 154 lb (BMI %tile: 50), Goal: 149 lb - Hi i'm male, 6'0 and 154 lbs., but not alot of muscle. I just want to lose about 5 pounds worth of fat while continuing to workout 5 times a day during afterschool practices to build more muscle. Ht. 5'5", Today: 190 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - hey guys, im new. ok i have a weird sittuation; i weigh 190 pounds but it does not show, i am not skinny, just average and look like i weigh no more than 140, i do gymnastics so i have some muscle but not enough to weigh 190 pounds. and i am 5'5 so what is up with this? why do i weigh so much but dont look like i do ? please please respond

Hey, guys, just thought I'd share a quick little story that made me feel so good about myself. Well, i sprained my ankle about a week ago playing basketball in p.e., well yesterday I also had p.e., and at the beginning of the hour we do a 8 minute ab work out, with crunches and different forms of leg raises. Trust me, they hurt. Well, the after that we run anywhere from 8 to 9 minutes. Well, we were on our last one, called double crunches, which is where your shoulder blades don't touch the ground and you bring your knees up so that your doing real small crunches. Well, I've been working on my abs for a while, and thank goodness. He told our class to do the crunches until we couldn't anymore, then start running. I WAS THE LAST ONE ON THE FLOOR DOING CRUNCHES! seeing all these anerexic pretty models on the tv or in magazines doesnt help weight loss!! its sooo annoying it makes u wanna eat more!! u see them and think they look soo perfect and u wish you could look like that. its SO unfair!

Start: 180 lb, Today: 198 lb - I lost a load of weight but for a while i've been putting it back on since December i went from 180 to 198 and my waist has gone up another inch, my mates at the pool said that i look bigger and i agree, help!
