Today: 265 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hi everyone out there I'm 21 years old,I'm very overweight. I'm about 265 lbs and is not so funnu but I'm am trying to loose the weight to 140 lbs, I also on jenny cragi but is hard for me to loose it becouse I thinking about the gain wight fodds all the time and i also get sress have problems ,get upset and thats making me eat, still be the same wight but i did it before but now is harder for me to loose it first is wrere easly now is not for me to do cause i'm around people who allow to eat those things that i can't eat and it's making me want to eat this again again again when i lloose it before yes i was happy and feeling good about myself and i also meeting boys too but they just wanting s** from me, good luck for yall guys out there trying to loose remember loose weghit for yourself not for others.

Start: 158 lb, Today: 148 lb - Hello, everyone! Well, I think its been about two weeks since I posted, but I was lurking everyday. Well, two weeks I know, this guy told me that if I wanted to lose weight, that I couldn't eat anything but fruits and vegtables (only fresh, not cooked or canned) for 14 days! He said it helped cleaned you out, and got you jumpstarted and excited to lose weight. So I did it, and today is day 15. I ended up losing about 10 pounds (Although I'm supposing that a lot was water weight). But I'm still happy with my results. When I started, I was 158, and now I'm 148! I've never been able to break that barrier before, and I'm so happy! My new goal is to break 130, and I'm sure I can reach it within a month or two. I mean, you can't eat a million things and not expect to gain a pound, but its the regular stuff. Do nothing for an hour with fat: you lose about 30 cals. Do nothing for an hour with muscles: You lose 60 cals! See? It just speeds everything up that way, but its difficult. And girls, I know you don't all want a six pack, you want to be all cute and girly, but getting a six pack is soo hard, so you won't have to worry about it! So wish me luck, you guys. (view less)

WOW! This is a great diet. Lots of people say eat only veggie. No,it isn't healthy. Drink a TON of water! Cut all your food in half. Eat veggies for snacks, or dont even have snacks. Choose salad at school but if you do not have salad as a choice cut it in half. It works! ~Bye~

Today: 125 lb - well, today is my birthday! and with eating cake, pizza, ice cream, and a lot of junk - I gained two pounds! YUCK! I know I should be allowed to go off my diet for atleast one day a year, but I just feel awful after I lost over 50 pounds and now gained two. but, hey, atleast I didnt gain it all back! Im 125 right now. Wish me luck. I am going to do Pilates workouts tonight in my bed. I hope that burns enough calories. Tomorrow, I have decided to not eat. after binging today, I feel so bad! Not eating makes me feel better. Before I blew out my candles, I wished that I was skinny by the time I graduate! God, I hope so! :) :(

ATTENTION EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! especially lauren! i was talking about the wrong diet. do not listen to what i said about atkins diet was totally wrong. i was talking about this diet called the divas diet. Here is a little tip, I've always found it easier to lose weight as a "side effect". What i mean by that is that losing weight has always been better for me when it's a surprise. I think the best way to go about this is to start a training regimine, for a sport, or just for personal health. There are many sites on the net devoted to training and cross training for sports. Pick up and program and track your progress by things such as how long you can run and how much weight can you bench. That way, you get two self esteem boosters-progressing as far as health, and weightloss. Trust me, success is sweeter this way. Good luck!

What exactly can you eat in the Atkins Diet? Is that a good diet? I was thinking of trying the Special K diet.. But I don't know which one of the two can make you lose more weight. Somebody please respond and help!!

Hey! I'm really overweight and whenever I try to go on a diet, I get cravings for junk food and end up eating more chocolate than I would normally eat. I could handle the exercise but the food is the problem. To anyone out there who calorie counts, I need advice. Do you think its better to start with 1500 and work my way down as I lose weight, or is it better to just have 1200 each day? Also does anyone know anything about counting fat grams??? If anyone has any advice, please reply!

Ht. 5'9", Today: 269 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hey all-I have been to this site many many times before. I always tell myself that I am gonna stick to my diet but somehow it never works out. In english we did a skit and our teacher filmed it and showed up the tape. I know people say the camera adds 10 pounds but geez, it looked like it added a couple 100 pounds. I knew and know that i am fat, but seeing myself on there really broke me down. I weigh a whopping 269 lbs. I am pretty tall for my age (5ft 9)and I have alot of muscles- especially in my legs so I don't look as big as my weight tells me I am. I love sports especially softball. So thats a good thing. I am really committed this time. I dug out my old weight watchers stuff. And I am trying to eat healthier at lunch- today I had a ham and cheese sub with fries(I know i know delicious but deadly) and a diet pepsi (real healthy i know)but it is better than a piece of pizza, fries, a regular pepsi and 2 cookies... well if ya'll have any tips just post at the bottom it will be really helpfull :) thanks
