its mauro again, for you people that didnt know, body dysmorphya is when you see yourself as a fat slob. i forgot to mention that i am 5' 10'', i am open to suggestions so pleeees heeeelp meeeeee!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'10", Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 58) - i have this thing called body dysmorphya, i think i spelled that wrong, anyway, no matter how much weight i lose i still see myself as a fat slob, i am 16 and weigh about 150 pounds.i need to know how to lose more weight fast, or just some advise

okay well yesterday i put a message up saying that a girl "motivated" me well since you want to know what she said to motivate me then ill tell you guys. she called me fat and everyone says that shes bigger than me so that got me really mad and i havent talked to her since, she keeps apoligizing but im not going to forgive her. i mean me and my friends joke around all the time but when it comes to weight its not really funny so now everytime im doing situps or pushups or running and im really tired and it feels like i can do anymore, i just think of what she said and that really gets me going! well thanks for the tips if you guys have anymore then just email me at xtreme1jnh7390@hotmail.com

hi u guys its me again! im almost 2 weeks into my diet and i have lost 6 lbs!! i still havent seen any big results but someone said my face looked a little thinner! thanks u guys for all ur advice! i really hope i see results! im glad u people who have already lost weight have replied to me! it makes me feel much better. if anyone else has any good tips or information for me id reallly appreciate it if you could email me at DezirablCreation@aol.com, oh and all u people pleaseeee email me, anyone who has lost weight, email to let me know how much u lost the first couple of weeks and when u started seeing results! i need reassurance or i might just quit thinking that since i havent seen any noticable results yet that they probably wont happen! please email me guys! much love muahz~ *naRisa*

Today: 168 lb, Goal: 137 lb - Hi all. I weigh 168lbs. I'm not as light as i look cuz iv learnt to pull my stomach in all the time which has made it a bit firmer. I'v been going on aol:health4men and got some good work out techniques for losing flab and gaining body shape on most parts of the body. My goal weight is 137lbs (dnt ask why 137 it just is!) and I'm gonna aim for 2lbs a week. My advice to ppl is dont set your aim too high as when you dnt reach it you will be dissapointed! Set a more believable goal and when you reach that you will even amaze yourself!! THE KEY TO FITNESS IS A COMBINATION OF HEALTHY EATING AND EXERCISE! You cant just do one or the other, u need both to succeed. I recently got a girlfriend who really is my true love and she has given me the extra spur to get me to my goal. Now all you people need to do is find your spur and reach your realistic target which is possible ifd you believe in yourself. Think POSITIVE 24/7 and you will succeed!! Hey everyone, it's been like forever, so I decided to check in. Well, It's three, almost four weeks into my diet and i'm down 9 lbs. Yay me :) I'm finally starting to get my eating habits under control, thank God, and I can't wait to see some results...But when I put on my favorite jeans this morning, I didn't have to lie down to zip them up *huge grin* Well, how's everybody else doing???

hi. im leaving this message as im trying to take my mind off of food. I joined weight watchers last week & lost 3lbs but this week I cant stop eating & I know that next weigh in im gonna gain weight & b embarrased. I guess im just looking 4 some motivation. anyway I hope every1 else diets r goin better for them xxx:)
