As requested and due to popular demand (wtf!), I'll add wut I've done as a dieting programme:Basically, I've cut down dramatically on all the fatty foods like chips and things; instead I go on more of an organic sort of theme and cut myself down to 1000calories a day at the most. Drinking water and eating vegetables is quite good too.Then, it's mainly exercise. I have to walk 4 miles a day to get to and from school, and then afterwards I always go swimming for about 2-3hours. I do weights as well, in the mornings. At the weekends I play rugby, and go out normally like all of my friends. And on sunday I try cycling.The trick is to keep being motivated and be strong enough to say no to any food that's irregular to my diet. Then, it's exercise a lot!

Start: 187 lb, Today: 178 lb - hi u guys its narisa again, hows it going?? i just wanted to keep u guys posted, i need all the support i can get! im starting my 3rd week and i went from 187 down to 178. For everyone who lost weight, can u please reply to me about how much u lost and how much u lost the first 3 or so weeks because i just want to make sure im on the right track, because still the changes are not noticable! hope to hear from u guys soon, i need all the feedback i can get, thanks! luv u guys muah! byeee

I am having a big problem. I don't know how to make friends and keep them. I become a friend with somebody and they dont want to be my friend anymore. I need some advice how to make friends and keep them. Please oh please help me.

hey, my aerobics teacher told my class that she read somewhere that if u want to lose weight, u shouldnt eat about 4 hourse before u go to bed and to have breakfast be ur biggest meal. i'm gonna try it and i hope it works, and if u try t good luck w/ losing weight! i hope this helps.

Start: 210 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Ok, so I've got down from about 210lbs to 145ish in the last 6 months. I have hardly any rolls now, which is good and I'm feeling happy about my weight. I want to tone up a bit now and get down to about 130-135, but it's kinda difficult when you don't have as much weight to lose. Anyone got any ideas fer me to lose those final 10-15lbs?
All I can say is I eat about 1000cals a day, and I swim everyday. I have to walk to school fer 2miles, then back and; I do weights and I play rugby every weekend! I really don't see why I'm not losing much anymore, so If anyone can suggest anything or explain. Either reply to this thread or my e-mail address is twitch@icantfeelmylegs.com. Thanks...

My weight did not nearly match my height, and i went from the most atheletic to the flabby chicl who used to be pretty. I lost about 6 pounds a week by just making out a diet every day of what i ate. every morning id make what i could eat. and i could only drink water. i only have 15 pounds left 2 achieve my goal. yay!!

Hey! I need to ask you guys something. I have just started a new exercise plan ( one I can stay on) and I was wondering if its to much to be doing. (I got a couple exercises from something someone posted.) I exercise my glutes about 4 times a week, tummy about 3-4 times a week, highs about 3-4 times a week, cavles about 3-4 times a week, and walk at LEAST 3-4 times a week. I also eat healthy, drink lots a water and don't big poritions. Do you think its to much? Should I do less? Or does it depend? Thanks for your help! Should you exercise when your sick?

hey gemma! thanks and what i basically do is just eat a lot of fruits and stuff like that. and i really have cut down on my sweets and stuff. i havent had a slice of pizza in like 3 months! anyway..try to stay away from soda or any other types of sweets and just try to drink a lot of water and stuff. but most importantly you HAVE to excersice! eating healthy is just gonna keep you from gaining weight but if you want to lose the weight that you have now then you have to excersice so i guess you can jog or just do basically any other type of excersice like that! i hope i helped good luck!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 126 lb (BMI %tile: 48), Goal: 115 lb - Hello everyone~
I am going to be at a spa in less than two months with my boyfriend to get mud baths and massages! :) Which I am looking forward to, but I dont look that appealing in a bikini anymore. No, I am not obese or anything, I just have a little extra flab. I am 126 pounds right now and want to be around 115. Last summer I was 165 and I have lost a lot since. But, I cant seem to lose any more! If you have any tips that can help, please reply to this message. Good luck to everyone else! Just so you know, I am 5'5, female, and am a dancer.
