Ht. 4'11", Start: 187 lb, Today: 182 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - I've always been overweight, it just never bothered me. Once I got into middle school, everyone made fun of me for it, and you know what, it sucks. I just don't know what to do about it, they just don't get that I'm trying. I've started working out at the gym and it's been great! I love doing exercise anyway so doing more didn't bother me! I would recommend the gym because althought I haven't lost weight yet, I've only gone 4 times and I'm toning up and gaining muscle! I litterally have no arm fat (bingo wings) now! You should all give it a go!

Ht. 5'9", Start: 329 lb, Today: 329 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - I've always been overweight, and I don't enjoy running or anything, but it has never been a mobility issue. I'm tall enough and lucky enough that my weight has grown more upward as opposed to making me rounder. I'm worried about later issues though. Also, being a plus size junior, who's already more mature than most of the boys, no one wants to date me. I really want/need to loose weight, and I'd love to be down a size or two by summer, but I have issues losing weight. I feel like I don't have time to exercise, and eating healthy is hard to do in public school. I could use all the help, tips, stories, and encouragement that I can get!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 205 lb, Today: 205 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I'm 13 and have been overweight if not obese for most of my life. I have tried loosing weight so many times I've lost track. At one point I was 175lb and was very motivated to loose weight I lost 15lb but quickly gained it back plus another 40lb. I have a school dance coming up in a few months and would love to lose 20lb by then. I also play softball and can't fit into my uniform without it being skin tight. I don't know what I can do to find motivation or something that will help me through trying to loose this weight. If anyone has any advise for me or anything that will help me get back on track to reach my goals I would love to hear them.

Ht. 5'0", Start: 11 st 1, Today: 11 st 1 (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 9 st 0 - So I have been on here before but like every health kick I do I end up giving up! I really need to lose weight as at the moment my weight is a health issue and I have let it go to far! So today I started doing yoga and I went to the gym! I also cut out most of the bad things or eat like crisps and chocolate and I calorie counted. One thing I'm worried about though is giving in. On about the second day usually I end up getting really upset and comfort eating, and I know I shouldn't but I am an emotional eater! I really hope that I stick to this diet though as I hate being overweight! I can't stand having to get changed for PE at school as my stomach is a great big jelly circular mess compared with all my friend's nice tone stomachs. It's embarrassing! I am losing weight, but I don't notice it on myself. I also can't envision what I will look like, and it scares me. I constantly see "success story" pictures, but I can't imagine myself thin because I haven't been since I was 7. I feel like this is holding me back and I don't know what to do. Help!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 190 lb, Today: 187 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - Right when I start buying all this healthy food and decide this Monday is the day to really commit myself and start working out, my friend calls me and tells me about this new restaurant near by that sells only mac and cheese and grilled cheese.. they even put mac and cheese on a grilled cheese.... mac and cheese is probably one of my favorite things in the entire world..i want to cry now :( ugh whatever..OHH IDEA!!! when I met my first fitness goal I can go there and have tomato soup and grilled cheese with mac and cheese on it!! sounds good? or no? because I know you are not supposed to treat yourself with food but I mean idk... any advice?

Ht. 5'7", Start: 250 lb, Today: 206 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - I haven't been on this in forever. But, a quick update. I gained so much weight over the holidays and got back up to 240. But, I have started my own meal plan now and it is working great. I have lost 20 pounds in a month. I haven't weighed yet and I'm hoping by Monday I can finally be 199. I'm hoping and praying. I haven't been in the 100's in 3 years! SO this will be a big accomplishment for me. I'm going to keep trying. Don't give up ya'll can do it. Stay strong and stay motivated!

I want guys to want me, and girls to be jealous of what I look like. That's literally what I have dreamed about for so long now. I just can't lose the weight, it feels like I try so hard every time & it just never happens. I always cave in and end up eating bad food, and not working out. I don't know how to make myself stick to eating good and working out. I know that sounds dumb, but it's just so hard for me. I don't know what to do. I need to lose weight.

I live in a town that is full of girls with the most amazing bodies and I cant help but be envious. Though my number is big I hold my weight well! I'm looking forward to losing this weight because I know there is a skinny girl inside me just dying to come out! My junior prom is coming up and my best guy friend asked me to go. He's gorgeous so him asking made me feel pretty amazing! I want to lose so weight before prom though because the last thing I want to be doing that night is trying to cover up because I feel uncomfortable! Currently i have been on my weightless plan for about 8 weeks, and I'm so happy to say I've lost almost 15 pounds! I feel better than ever, and now that lacrosse season has started, hopefully that can help with more weightless! Being completely honest here, i feel so great even though physically i have not seen much change yet. Thats why weighing yourself every few weeks or so is really important to staying motivated, because you might not be able to see the results, but they are showing up on the scale. I am so excited to continue, and i hope to be around 165 by the end of march! Its the little goals, and accomplishments that mean the most. Don't give up everyone!! Summers on its way:)
