Ht. 5'5", Start: 180 lb, Today: 178 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 115 lb - Today i felt really proud of my progress! i pushed myself in the gym, and ate very healthy! I am so sore from all the weights i have been lifting, so tomorrow il only be doing cardio. Question: Does anyone have any favorite songs to work out to? Thanks guys:)

I used to weigh around 90 lbs, then over about six months we went on a cruise, and moved, and had a new school, and our six chickens were killed. Now it's holiday season. As you can tell, I've gained weight, but also lost some. I need help with the last 15 pounds. I'm running/walking up to two miles each day, but I need help with eating less. I try to do the eat half thing, but I end up eating the other half later because I get hungry. What can I do? Oh, fyi, my family isn't very supportive... And I haven't been to the docters in a while. Can anyone help?

I moved finally and my life dramatically changed i gained like 15-20 pounds and was so frustrated with myself but now I'm going to lose weight im doing this for my boyfriend who literally is amazing but its so embarrassing because he weighs so much less than I do and I feel like people will judge me because he's Instagram famous and people will see who I am and yeahh so me and him are on a diet together so hopefully before March I'll have most of my weight loss because that's when I'm going back to my hometown to give everybody the shock of their lives with me losing all m weight if any of ya'll are willing to email then that would be great! I would love a diet buddy and someone who can keep me confident and encourage me!

I used to post here when I was little and it was a good outlet but I didn't actually lose much weight. I am hoping this time around I will be more successful. I am looking to get down to 10 stone so I need to lose five pounds (my first weight loss goal) I am a dancer and get injured a lot so I think it's about time I slimmed down get strong and hopefully the injuries will subside. So yeah maybe goal for this week will be 1 kg so by next Sunday I will weigh 66kg! I am hoping to join a gym for their cross trainer, treadmill and cycling. I am also looking to do Pilates. Wish me luck!
