Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone so i honestly feel like an outcast. All my friends are twigs (around 90-120lbs) and they constantly talk about how they cant wait to show off there new bikini! i know that honestly may sound ridiculous but this summer i really want to beable to go from a size 9 in pants to a 5 and be able to pull off a bikini. I constantly hate to wear shorts because my legs are bigger even thought most is muscle i don't find that really attractive on me anyway....
So i really would love if anyone of you who can understand what im feeling can you please give me tips on how to lose 20 pounds FAST and safely!

Ht. 5'3.7", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 115 lb - I'm almost a size 9/10 Juniours I can't wait for that! my tops are a L! or M! Faded Glory M! my goodness I'm so happy I can wear a size 11/12 shorts/[pants skirts haven't in four years now! don't give up girls! yes my next minin goal is a size 9/10 Junuours can't wait for that! end of my next mouth 7/8 middle of Jul 5/6 that will be 128 lbs 3/4 115-120 lbs! I will stop at size 3/4 cause I grew half an inch already I was 5.2.3 inches till this year. I was measured wrong at the hospital since I was six years old. almost 5'4 strange. no more of 13/14/ Juniours yay! lost another half an inch I was a 15/16 but that didn't last to long! nope I'm two sizes away from being 7/8 Juniour's! four sizes away from my clothing size goal! 3/4 Juniours! my size XL clothing is to big on me! my faded glory tank tops re to big no matter how I re ajust them!... Ht. 5'6", Start: 195 lb, Today: 169 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 142 lb - hey guys! I just found out that my heaviest weight was over 190 pounds! almost 200! when I last weighed myself I was 169.2!!!!I still far from my goal but im getting there! dont give up guys!!!!! :-)

Ht. 5'7", Start: 204 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 140 lb - Well, I've been reevaluating my life lately and I have decided to drop out from four year regular school and maintain a GED.In the mean time, I plan to get a job to save up some money for vocational school, receive my permit, and afterward go to a vocational school and get my certification in Early Childhood Education. Also, I've been planning on what to do for exercise. I did boxing, but with the monthly cost and how far awat it is from where I live and my parents refusing to let me walk alone or to even give me a ride, I have been thinking of doing Zumba. I was planning on ordering some DVD's I could do at home, but I want to know from you guys if zumba would be effective for weight loss? Any thoughts? (:

Ht. 5'4.4", Start: 182 lb, Today: 165.5 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 143 lb - So with larger portions and take out food I jumped back up 2 pounds in the last week or so.... However I'm not discouraged... Because I just got a new pair of pants.... Size 9... Nine holy smokes I went from 13 down to a 9 in a few months... And so this one spoiled week it's okay I gained a few back.. Cause I plan on losing many more pounds!!!!! Woooo Friday...
Tomorrow is a new day which I get to start over and get back on track!

I totally thought I'd been doing okay and had maybe even lost a pound or two, but it turns out our scale wasnt accurate. I actually weigh almost 180. :( I wrote last time about sometimes wanting to give up and just get really fat and I know that If I actually hit 180 I'll just give up. I'd be 200 by the end of summer easily. I reallyyy don't wanna hit 180 because of this. I seriously need to step it up. I took a good look at myself today to see myself from an unbiased point of view and man I really do look bad. I was wearing a crop top and shorts that I thought were cute- my thighs rub together all the way down to my knees and are just very fatty looking, and my legs bulged out from the legs of the shorts. My stomach looked sorta flat when I tried the crop top on but when I'm not sucking in I have a crazy muffin too that has grown big enough... (view more)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 175 lb, Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 150 lb - Well, I lost about 2 pounds. I have not been working out as much as I should but otherwise things have been going okay. I have a weird dilemma though- I don't know if anyone else experiences it? I have a lot of day dreams about losing weight and looking good and I get super motivated, but then other times I just don't care and I really just want to stuff my face with junk food and candy and fast food until I feel sick and just let myself over eat and be lazy and get really fat. I don't know, it's a constant battle. Anyone else feel like this?
