Ht. 5'0", Start: 128 lb, Today: 132 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 105 lb - I have pretty much always been overweight. I've never liked the shape of my body. My chin is the worst, it's the reason I hate photos.
When I had tried to loose weight before it never helped because I would get sucked in to the fake healthy stuff, such as protein shakes my biggest weakness. The truth of the matter is I've been dealing with depression for a long while. If you met me at school you wouldn't expect a thing because I'm really loud and love to make people smile. A really big helper in my life is my best friend, because she has the same problem. Don't let people who don't matter in your life hold you back, surround yourself with people that make you happy and care about you, and just know that even though I can't meet all of you, if I met you in real life I would hope we would be really good friends.

Ht. 5'4.5", Start: 212 lb, Today: 176 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 135 lb - I've always been a bigger person, always overweight even when I was a kid. I've always hated it and wished to be thin. I got bullied about my weight growing up, it really lowered my self esteem. I was depressed. Then in november 2012 I decided to lose weight, it was unhealthy. I was starving myself, I lost 20lbs in a month. I felt horrible all the time but I loved the way I was looking. Then at chistmas time I slipped into my old binge eating ways and gained a few pounds back. Luckily I snapped out of it and decided to lose weight the healthy way. Now I eat balenced portions and exerize regularly. I've lost 30lbs total and I'm not going to stop until I reach my goal (:

I w'd usially have to wear a size L in my Tshrits but a suprise I wore my size L adult Thsrits well they are to lose on me now I tried on the size M plain white Thsrit I was so happy and excited that I wept a little bit It was unbeliable even my size 14 Pants aren't holding up on me like they used to, now I am probbly a size 13 by its slef or size 13)14) togehter! yes even my nw sweather is a L Juniours!! This journey for me has been going on for too long and im tired of giving up and starting over again.I am currently at 177 pounds and im 14. I am really wishing to be in a bikini by summertime, but im not sure if thats too healthy because i have almost 60 pounds to lose. Ive been on this site and have just looked around and it seems pretty cool so i thouhgt i would give it a shot. Originally, i wanted to lose weight for the wrong reasons, but now i am just focused on getting my life back. I am a competitive swimmer, and i am on club, but my weight has really held me back a lot. im tired of settling for bad times because of my weight, and being judged because of it too. i have so many suporters which is great, but a lot of the time i find myself being completly insecure. I would like some feedback from some people and maybe have a weight loss buddy! That would be great! Thanks so much!

I want to point this out do not try losing weight fast its not worth it. small helathy portions and drinking more water eat slow helps to, make excrise fun too. I want u young teens no to eat to much, measure youselfs from head to toe, no sitting around won't help you. girls take it easy yes boys lose weight faster.. I know that.. is unhelathy please please don't go crazy on weight loss if u girls are new to it take it slow..

I went from a size 17)18) pant size tops 2XL, this is really funny girls boys w'd normaly not be friends with fat girls, when I was a size 13)14) Juniours pant size size XL and L!! It was so funny my male friend James didn't even know who I was I was laughing so much, I was like what u don't know who I am?? I was just 15 a mounth in a half this was Septmeber 2010!! I lost my mind that time.. Once I lose another half an inch off my waist I ll be size 9)10) in pant size size L tops or M!!! at dELiA's!!! my goal 11)12) or 9)10) ... no more size 13)14) in my summer clothes thats was the last time.

I want to tell u guys to some if u's who are nw to weight loss when a pair of jeans is lose on the waist even when the belt is on the jeans and they are lose that's means ur losing weight!! u noctied that ur tops are getting lose its a good sighn ! I like that sighn!! I want to movate u guys I still sturggle to excrise like u guys!! I know I can win this battle!! dELiA's is a great store for teen girls - collage!! guys when u lose ur minin goal numbers reward ur youselfs with fun things not food. .. Make weightloss instering!!! please guys don't beat ur selfs over the mistakes...

Ht. 5'2", Start: 162 lb, Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - I broke my diet today, really badly. I ate my entire stockpile of chocolate and candy in one go and a whole pizza. I just couldn't stop. That's about 17000 calories in an hour. My belly is absolutely killing me, and it's about twice it's normal size. I think i might skip school tomorrow because the pain is so bad. Also, none of my jeans button when i'm like this so i'd look so ugly. I'm dreading the scale tomorrow. I measured myself this morning before my slip up and im dreading seeing how much ive put on.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 16 st 1, Today: 13 st 4 (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 10 st 0 - I've tried really hard in losing weight, I've been dieting and exercising, but for the past few months I've kind of taken a back seat. I've made it my goal to go on the Treadmill 4 times a week..I'm actually suppossed to be going now..guess I'm kind of delaying haha, I get so sweaty! ewh haha :)  (Note: 13 st 4 is 186 lb.)

So I rarely try for something like weight loss which seems to come easily to many people around me. However I feel a bit more focused now, and have some support. Like "jessica17" (: I have similar goals to be in better shape when I'm 18 in like 3months(:
Remember that if yuh mess up, it's never too late to get back on track: do everything for yourself and work for it; I promise you there will be positive effects for hard work(:

Ht. 5'2", Start: 167 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 140 lb - Did a body pump class with my aunts and cousins today and boy amo sore and tired but its a good feeling. Body pump is basically weight lifting and we did core and squats and stuff. I feel so much better now tho and its a great start to the week :)

So it happeneds to be one of my motivations are to get my bellybutton peirced too :) i have to lose like 10-15 pounds (15 making it a total of 45 pounds weight loss.) woah.i totally forgot,i lost 22 pounds total,ive gained 4 back ;( but im workin on gettin off :) SO my measurements are----- 32 hips, 29 bellybutton and 27 waist :D i hope to be 30,28,25 :) (basically lose 2 inches) i cant really exercise that much because its really bad weather up here in Pennsylvania so yeah :/

I wanna break it sometimes for just one little thing. Like a candy bar. The problem is, if I do i'll just break it. I go on it and I just can't find the motivating.
