Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 171 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 120 lb - My tips for New Years Eve parites tips for familes like mine that have a lot of food on New Years Eve take small healthy portions of the food not big portions not so good for our stomachs anyway just be careful if its all fried skip the chicken or shrimp , if they griled take small portions of that soda small cup I'm sorry need to have it at times cause of my ADHD it helps ADHD and mirgrians I am sick of the food police my choice I drink it I am not saying u guys have to drink soda if you guys don't want it its ok to have it during the holidays!! i don't drink often but latley I have cause of migrains and the upset stomach .. I have heard since 1886 its been around in that time there wasn't any food police or people getting so nervess about sodas being bad ,, moradtion u don't have to say away from it for life give me a break people to have it all the time and nothing else and sitting around thats a bad thing but once in a while take a chil pill!!!! .

Did a 2 mile walk so I am so excited to get back on it. I got a Fitbit and it helps a lot. I recommend it! New year, New beginnings!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 171 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 120 lb - I don't find my unhealthy weight gain from the past very attricve its discuting for me to hear on the chatroom that weight gaiiner are on there I have read the rules many times I w'd rather weight gainners be kicked off cause they offend me and others wanting to loew weight Lucy13 we need to prey for her cause she is suffering from depression she is dying please somebody agruge with me to prey for her! somebody out here to go along with me?? Justine is frightned ,, I am really tying to lose the weight and get it off and keep it off!! throwing up and cuting is not the way to go.. this girl Lucy needs prayer thank u.. SO ive recently realized that im getting 'comfy'.MEANING= since im in a realationship im comfy with my body becaus my boyfriend loves me all the same.BUT-since i know that he`ll love me no matter what,my sub-concience is telling me 'oh you can relax you already have him' so yeah...Ive gained 2-3 poundssince istarted dating michael soooo im going to lose 4-6 :) (meaning im going to be around 125) ive ben really close to 125 at 127,but im not skinny enough :/ i`m probally going to go untill i hit 120/115-ish :D ill do that by drinking 1/2 my body weight in water a day (around 65 oz,but i have a 25 oz watter bottle so ill make that 75 oz a day) having AT LEAST 1 serving of fruit/veggiesa day-ive discovered this machine called 'yonanas'. Ht. 5'6", Start: 245 lb, Today: 255 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - Hey! I haven't been on here in awhile. . . I totally just let myself go these past two months. . . I wasn't even watching what I ate. I didn't even care! But now my clothes barely fit and I really regret it. . . Thankfully 2013 will be a new year! And hopefully that will be the start of a new me! I am starting a new weight loss plan for my resolution in January. I know those don't always work, but I really want to be down at least 50 lbs before my Junior Prom. That would mean the world to me. I'm just so sick of being the fat girl. If anyone has any motivation tips to help me stay on track, that would be great!:)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 160 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 77), Goal: 140 lb - Ok so I know it's only 13 lbs but this feels like a huge accomplishment. I'm alot thinner (some of the weight is muscle; I play rugby so I'm not exactly the most dainty of people) and I had to chuck out half of my clothes the other day. I want to lose a few inches this winter being sick stunk for me I didn't eat much ... Still coughing somewhat but as bad it was the begeaning of the week.. my hight is really 5"2.3 = five foot in a queater.. Been that hight since I was 15 .. Two years.. .. Ht. 180 cm, Start: 135 kg, Today: 92.5 kg (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 80 kg - I have not been here in months mostly because i started a new school then came test week and know the christmas holydays arrived and I have to be carefull mostly because I am afraid of gaining weight. I have not gained weight but it is important to be carefull. Another thing I noticed is there is few boys on this chat that is wrong everybody should try and look their best!  (Note: 180 cm, 92.5 kg is 5'11", 204 lb.)

Havent posted in a while. I used to post quite a lot and became kinda obsessed, however this site is meant to motivate you to lose weight but it just made me gain because i was getting stressed. Is this normal?
Any way I am struggling with my weight.... A LOT! Its starting to become noticable too. I went out with this boy then he dumped me because he (and his friends) said i was too fat :'( sometimes i just break down and start crying! I need to lose 2 stone (28lbs) by Feb. if i dont i will feel like a failure! Please help me. I need tips and fast!:(
