Ht. 5'5", Today: 186 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Hey! I am a 14 year old freshman girl and weight about 185-187lbs. Yeah I am a big girl. My bmi is 31.0 and I am considered obese. Thank god nobody makes fun of me and that I have alot of nice and helpful friends to tell me to be proud of my body. As a child I was very slim until I hit the age of 11. I began to eat like crazy and I stopped playing outside. I remember going from 110 to 116 in about a month! Thats alittle to much. Im also a size 14 in jeans and I usually where a large for shirts. Luckily even mediums if they fit. I am a size 9 in shoes because I have very chubby feet. I hate my weight and want to be a good 130 by june of 2013. i know I can do it! Just keep my head up and have a good motavation ;)

I can tell my shrits & blouces are getting lose!!! and my pants skrits as well!!! I know not 166 lbs anymore!!! cause my stomach is getting flat little by little!!! drank a lot of water bottles for a week now!! cause of no power, its was crazy,, just eating healthy excirseing!! ,, did cariod last week went all over the place that had power, I ll changlle myself through this whole mounth of November!! Ht. 5'7", Start: 204 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 140 lb - After learning that my all time favorite vocalist (Mitch Lucker of deathcore band Suicide Silence) passed away, i've been in such a downfall :/ Haven't been wanting to do anything, but after a while of mourning I realized that life truly is short so why sit and wait for the elevator of success to be created when i can start now? Nothing comes easily, especially dreams. Although some of the dreams we have in mind may come as unrealistic, it does not mean that they are impossible to reach. The only thing that is keeping us away from ever climbing to the top of the ladder is doubt and disbelief in ourselves. Nothing else.

Hopefully I ll have power again this weekend.. I am losing weight!!! you guys keep me going on ths weightloss jounrey!! doing pretty well with the stress going on this past three weeks and my stomach is getting smaller now again!! I think I weigh less then 166 lbs now!! and my jeans are getting lose now!! thank goodness. and I know size M shrits are 150 lbs!! I been eating healthy looking up calories!! I thought I w'd gain the weigh back but hopefully not I need to changlle myself through the whole mounth of Novemeber!! I have my friend James supporting and my other friend is losing weight!! too!! I hope to be a size 11)12) or size 9)10) bottoms! just hadn't gone on the scale yet!! small healthy portions!! water still soda when having really bad headaches I do have adhd .. Trying to keep it undercanttoll cause I can end up being 170's again.. Don't want that.... Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 139 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 128 lb - Guys I have to say, the biggest thing you have to take care of is diet!! small but frequent meals throughout the day is the best way, it takes some time to get used to, but afterwards you'll almost never feel hungry, and will be less likely to have cravings, this week i couldn't exercise because i had loads of exams, but by maintaing my diet I still lost 2 pounds!!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 189 lb, Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 130 lb - Hey , I always wanted to lose weight but everything I did didn't work and in middle school I gained 50lb belive it or not but I came with 132lb and left as 182lbs and in the summer I thought ill start a diet but I gained seven pounds so istarted high school with 189lb . So I thought I differently and random times since the first day of high school I.would make some changes like eatting slower and working out for an hour five times a week and now I weigh 173lb. I was actually very prond of myself but I still wanna lose more weight.
