Ht. 5'4", Start: 229 lb, Today: 223 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Ugh. I am getting so upset. I can't get under the 20's. I got to 219 then somehow I went up. I can't get under 223 and it's very frustrating. I either gain a pound the it comes off in a couple days or I don't gain or lose.

Ht. 5'2.5", Start: 162 lb, Today: 154 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 104 lb - I 've been on here since March 22, 2011! I was 15/1/2 at the time, I'm not really 5"3 I'm 5.2"3 inches I wore a size 15/17 XXL three years ago at this time of year. It was bad for me and my body, I used to eat a whole bag of chips that I h'd to control that I don't do anymore, now, I stopped that! stress comes I binge eat that I had to stop renctly its wasn't funny. hope to lose a dress size by May then June 12! July 10, August 8, September 6, October 4, November 2. front is better back needs more work, . not a junk food I took off today I ll be doing what I should be doing this week! I did my excrise outside almost six days this past week!..
I ll get to 104 lbs eventlly!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 150 lb - Well, I have been trying to eat better and exercise more but it's hard because I have such a busy schedule. Depending on the day,I either feel really good or really bad about myself. I feel like I look okay usually but sometimes ill be unable to put on a pair of jeans I could fit into a few months ago and it makes me realize that I can't seem to keep from gaining weight. And sometimes ill feel good about myself but then I'll notice that when I sit down, I have two fat rolls on my stomach that strain at my shirts, or that I can't wear too many tight shirts because I bulge over the waist of my pants. I am a girl that always likes to be fashionable, but it's hard when my stomach and thighs are so large and fat. I know that I shouldn't wear things like crop tops because fat people don't look good in them, but I want to and sometimes I do anyways. I wanna lose weight so that I can start looking good in clothes!

I dont have any friends cause I was teased about my weight my whole life so I dont have any support except for my brother and dad but they dont understand what I have to go through either. I started to diet and excersize but recently ive been binging and not getting any excersize. Im losing hope! Can anyone help me get some?! Thank you!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 148 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 84), Goal: 125 lb - My starting weight is actually from years ago and i was shorter then too so my bmi was baaad. I've always struggled with my weight. I really want to finally reach my goal of being In the 120s by the first day of school next year. I have the rest of this school year and all of summer to do it so its totally manageable! However i tend to lose motivation so I'm looking for someone who can be my accountability and motivator. Someone who will really be hard on me and not be afraid to tell me the truth. And id happily return the favor. Lets lose this weight together! Thanks :)

Ht. 5'1", Start: 163 lb, Today: 158.8 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 112 lb - hi i haven't been on this for a while and i'm happy to be back. lately i haven't feeling really good about myself and there days where i eat a whole bunch then just a little and my stomach which i carry majority of my weight in looks disgusting and gross my thighs are huge so they rub together and my pants rip i gone through 4 pairs of uniform pants this school year and each lasted for like 3 to 4 months that's horrible i hate it. my friends always tell me your not fat but they don't even know my weight i don't really get picked on and i have freinds but i just hate being so big you can never fit some of the clothes you want and or eat without feeling bad afterwards or even look at yourself in the mirror before i could withstand it but now i have gotten bigger and my clothes are getting snug and i just can't take it anymore. if i could get someone like me to talk to or to give me edvice on this it would really mean alot to me.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 10 st 2, Today: 10 st 0 (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 8 st 2 - hi I'm sarah i eat small low calorie meals i exercise at least 16 hours a week and am very toned on my arms and back but my stomach and upper thighs are floppy can anyone help i have done everything and i know i am not to fat but i need to tone up and slim down  (Note: 10 st 0 is 140 lb.)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 150 lb - Hello everyone. I am fairly new on here. I have decided to do something about my weight issue. I used to be considered morbidly obese when I was a kid, but now I am just overweight. I am getting very close to becoming obese again though. Because of how I'm built I don't look as heavy as I am. I carry most of my weight in my stomach, and when I sit I get definite rolls. I dislike being overweight, and I want to do something about it. I can never seem to lose weight, though. I exercise consistently and frequently, and eat very healthy. On the other hand though, I have never really minded being heavy because it's like an excuse to eat what you want. It's embarrassing though, because people always think, "that's why she's fat." Regardless, I want to change. Advice?
