Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 132 lb (BMI %tile: 79), Goal: 120 lb - Hey guys :) So i just wanted to thank ya`ll for helpin me :) its not very often i get discouraged but when i do it hits hard.So thanks a bunch! from now on im only letting myself have one bad thing a day then it will be every 2 days than 3 then 4 then 5 then 6 then 1once every week :D but in time i will be a 'normal' phisique and ill be able o have the hamburger with extra cheese lettus and pickles with a boatload of ketchup and fries and a milkshake and not have to worry about it :) ill get there! for now ill take it pound by pound,inch by inch :) i have- T minus 4 months and 18 days to lose 12 pounds! i can do it :)i WILL do it! When I go out to eat I can have a steak or burger without the bun. (no carb or sugar in meat). But of course I am staying away from fast food. That's my weakness...

Ht. 5'6", Start: 230 lb, Today: 230 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - So I recently discovered I need to lose weight for health reasons .I have dislocated my knee twice and the doctor said I should lose weight because 4x your body weight is on your knee when you walk or just stand. So my mom said she would do the whole diet thing with me because she's been doing it for around a year and she has gotten good results from it. I haven't told any of my friends and only my mam knows about it so it gets hard. When the doctor told me u burst into tears because I knew I was fat and I know I need to lose weight. I have been saying to myself since my 16th birthday August that I want to lose weight but this has really gotten me motivated yo actually do it. I think it is going to be hard but I think I can do it. I hope I can do it.

No I hadn't dated anyone cause I am not ready yet not going to rush it, I am 5"2 )1)2) thats my hight people I am shorter then most of the girls on here!! I should S Juniours girls plus size 18)20) or size 16) L , but sadly not there enough is enough I am going to be 18 this July 2013 I am not tall like girls cousins in my both sides of the familes most of them are younger then me are taller then me I am like hun?? I hadn't been thin since the summer 06 .. Thats not good way to long anyway like to get down to 160 lbs or 159 lbs and stay there keep going enough of the weight gaining also I been sick 4 times for three weeks in a row of December 2012 renctly .. I am not going on a low carb diet... ,, small healthy portions.. do recmmand stop eating when ur full. over stuffing youself is bad for anybody... Jessica17.
