Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 159 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 120 lb - I hadn't been doing great really yes I let my old habits come back again this summer, first of losing my best friend Justine then she comes and goses then two weks I went on chat to find out what was going on with her, I was concred about her mently and emoitaly, I wasn't going to give up on her easily!!! I am at 166 lbs 4 lbs then I started over a year ago, I am starting fresh like a flower!!! yes I have a mini goal 164 lbs! then 162 lbs !!! each mini goal I achive I ll reward myself with something small hair accessoriess, something like that yes once 10 lbs off I have lost around 15 lbs before when I was 15!! it was November 2010 from 170- 154 14 lbs I lost it before I can do it!!! Ht. 5'2", Start: 140 lb, Today: 197 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - I got a job at a McDonalds and it seems to have added some pounds to my already ample body. I know I'm not healthy, but I'm not unhappy. Is gaining weight such a big deal? My boyfriend is becoming more and more intimate the more weight I put on.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 182 lb, Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 140 lb - im at 170!!!! i had to step on the scale multiple times just to make sure it was right! im so happy i feel more motivated and that i can acctually succeed at this. eating healthy and six times a day is what ive mainly been doing i havent got on a regualar exercise schedule which i need to because i need to exercise more :)

Anyway, it can start on the 10th of each month (Meaning the first will be on September 10th) and end on the 10th of the next month.

Just finished a delicious vegan Morning Star Farms beef patty. First thing I eaten since I was sick on Sunday :P. Feeling better today. I was looking through some of my old weightloss journals and figured out that when I started my journey I was 178lbs. I know... its just insane. No matter thou, I'm over it. Time to move on. Starting my diet tomorrow and then exercise plan when I'm able to get off the couch without falling on my face :(. So how's everyone doing? Like I said, I'm pretty good.
OH! And I'm super motivated now because my mom said that in January, shes gonna sign me up for the Junior ROTC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 159 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 120 lb - Yes I forgot I weighed 170 lbs It was summer 2010 I was humlited of how much I ate concstely, I put that to a stop, now I got to get my sitting around to end ! I need to change!!! nope I am not gonna let myself go back to 170 lbs, no way Un uh, once I lose 30 lbs I want to be happy and say I lost 52 lbs from my heavest 170 lbs, I wore XXL Juniours or 2XL Juniours that was horrible, I am gonna try 164 for this wek hopefully then 162 then 161 lbs for the end of this mounth!!!
