Ht. 5'3", Start: 155 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 130 lb - So this is my first time on this site. I know I this is offically my 3rd day of dieting, but im committed!:) I've cut out carbs COMPLETELY.All I've been eating are veggies and meats and one portion of fruit per day. I've also been eating less, drinking water, and running a mile and walking a mile every morning. I'm hoping soon I'll be able to run that 2 miles without stopping! It's really hard cause i have 3 siblings who are all athletes and are in great shape. Even before we started doing sports I was always the bigger one who didnt get the good genes. My mom and dad also dont like to eat healthy but also have good genes and are regular weight. I really want to lose weight so that I can run faster on the base paths (I play softball)and so I feel confident. If you have any tips or comments, please go ahead! I need all the help I can get:)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 159 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 120 lb - Looking nurations and how how the calories, fat, and servings and per serving, that's imporant!!! girls, small portions Wednsy's has healthy salds, avoid gresy, fried breaded.. Foods at fast food places. Frunch fires are 600 calories per serving and size I stoped eating them after that, I said Im done with them for good!! I don't really its worth it!! and how fating they are,, yes be careful with the soda sizes, try not to supersize your meals,, I had them last time my stomach didn't like them anymore, trust me after you get used to not having some foods your stomaches aren't gonna like it,,, small healthy portions!!! girls, yes I lsot two lbs now!! Ht. 5'3", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - I feel like I've been overweight my whole life. I know that it's become a problem and I need to get it under control, but for some reason I don't believe I can do it. It sounds odd, but I can't picture myself ever being at a healthy weight. Being overweight is all I can remember, so I continue my bad eating habits in hopes of sustaining my weight. I am a social eater and I eat when I'm bored, so it seems like there is no way to avoid my food problem. I've laid out nutrition plans for myself, but its like my mind won't let me believe that I will lose weight by sticking to them. I've lost 5 or 10 pounds at a time, but always gain it all back, so I can't picture experiencing real, visible results.

I already know won't make 150 lbs by the end of this mounth I am not beating myself over it!!! my friend James suggested renctly, I do small goals instead of big ones once I reach my goal!!! I am going to dELiA's for my clothes!! yes for 2 pairs of jeans!!! and a ring!! and get my nails done, I ll get new shoess most likely, yes I am just under 5"3 , new hair accessories, a package of new hoop earings!!! hats, I ll get myself fun stuff when I reach my goal!! I am going to save my allonces for stuff when I lose the weight!! I had gained the weight back I wasn't very happy, yup Im the weight when I first came on here I am like ughhhh no no way, can't be Its anyoing , I just want to be out of 160's for good!!! AHHHHHHH GUESS WHAT!?!?!!im now-*drumroll please* 130 pounds! i just weighed my self and im 130--i can deffinatly get to 127-if not 125 before september 11 =D wow-Im super proud of myself right now--sorry if this comes off as bragging but wow!20 pounds gone =D this is just a big accomplishment for me :)

Sorry i havent been posting latley--ive had alot going on...
But today i realized im not going to make my goal date of Aug. 22 2012 to be 125 pounds,i only have 6 pounds left to go...i think if i try REALLY REALLY HARD i miggt be able to lose 2 more pounds before the 22nd and get to 129lbs--SO since im clearly not going to make it--i have set a new goal date :D -- September 11th--the day before my birthday--i mut be 127 pounds NO MATTER WHAT! im so proud of myself for making it this far--:)
Okay well im going to go outside and play my guitar a bit-then go forba run :D

Ht. 5'6", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 155 lb - I ate awfully today I went to a wedding and had quite a lot of sweets. I think I have put back on any weight I previously lost. I still really want to lose weight but I feel discouraged as I don't see anything coming off . On Monday im going on holiday I think I'm going to find it hard to stop gaining if anyone has any tips to tell me that would be great thanks. Need as much help as I can as I don't have the support of any of my family.

I been in really moods I don't want to eat anything at all, with a lot of strss, I just want to be healthy, in weihgtwise!!!! its very anoying that I gain weight back every summer, I been overweight since I was 11 years old its not funny next year the world will condsder me a grown-up.. Time flew by!!! phew, I hope to be at my goal by the end of this year or very close to my goal!!!
