Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 135 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 125 lb - Heyy guys, so today i had basketball it was fun but hard (the usual) and after that my dad and i went to the store down the street picked up dinner stuff and he allowed me to get an apple (fruit is alot of money down there) and i had it for lunch along with 2 slices of cheese and about 20 lightly salted lays potato chips! the chips are okay because i just got out of the pool not to long ago (i was in for about 2 1/2 hours) my total exercise for today is- 4 1/2 hours- and its only 4:21 =D Okay well im going to pop some popcorn curnnels for a snack wish me luck!<3 ::D Whatever tomorriw brings, I`ll be there...<3

I bought this book i forget the name ill post tht 2morrow but it tells u recipes, rules, what to do and what not to do, its great! So far its 3:00 and i woke up at 11:00 (i know i know i went 2 bed at 1:30 something last night) and has some crackers and for lunch i had a salad- its 30 min untill my 2nd snack i get to have carrots- yaay! okay well gtg byeee! Whatever tomorrow brings, I`ll be there...<3

Ht. 5'2", Start: 154 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 115 lb - well hay long time. well i was doing a little bad but since yestrday i relize how good it is to eat healthy and exercise. i played soccer and ate really good but that was yestrday. today i went to Walmart and bought some rasin bagels and 3 apples. and i went to the pool today also i ate two bagels and one apple "bad" well then when i was walking to the pool i ate a apple then i spend two hours in the pool and then came home shower and ated a grill chicken salad then i ate a mango. well im not eating till 3oclk and at 6-7 exercising outside . well bye =D p.s do good

Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 135 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 125 lb - Heyy guys, I had a dream last night and i got really motivated =D I was in the school hallway on the 1st day of school and i was talkin to my friend kayla and Michael didnt know who i was and he said hi i turned around and he was shocked because i was skinny and had dark brown hair, we talked and then i saw brenden ran up to him he caught me and...um..uh.. ehem...well... we told each others lips secrets...for a long time... =) Anyway in b-ball we had to do push ups and i suck at them!That made me realize i need to build up my arm strength so im gonna start lifting again and doin bowflex =D Well gotta go now... So now my mom has made her own restrictions to help me and my sister lose weight because she said she " isn't buying fat school clothes" so now where only allowed to use internet 30 mins a day and watch TV for 1 1/2 hours a day. I want eat healthier and be in better shape before I join the Army and go to boot camp after high school. What and how often should I eat. I only eat dinner and sometimes a snack because I sleep all day and don't exercise.

So i actually feel really comfortable wearing my bikini out in public because of this trip... =D ooh speaking of bikinis we went swimming in the pool every day and at first i got sun burned then the next day it turrned into a tan, then the next day i got burned, and as of today... im redder then a tomato...well kinda hahaha! so i find myself thinking about Brenden alot... i use him as a motivation to lose weight... even if he dosent know i like him, i think he likes me a little =D well im going to go to bed and dream now, wish me luck( and that i dont peel hahahaha) Whatever tomorrow brings, I`ll be there...<3
