Ht. 5'6", Start: 245 lb, Today: 245 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - I have been overweight for as long as I can remember. I was 12 when I really started gaining a lot of weight. I was going through emotional struggles and I hardly noticed the weight gain. Then all of the sudden I'm 13 and I weigh more than an adult man should. I felt so ashamed. I turned to my mom for support, and ever since then we have been on a dieting rollercoaster. Now I'm 16 and I am embarassed of my body. Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 159 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 120 lb - Alexa I know you do this!!!!! don't give up!!!!! 110-115 is healthy weight for your hight, your doctor saying your healthy at 178 lbs for 5"1 that not healthy for you and your body as well, ,, you have to learn how to resit tempations,, I know its tough but I know you can do this!!!! what I had to was 1 change my eating habits, I had to cut my large portions -small healthy portionzs, my male friend who I been freinds with for about 11 years is proud of my healthy choices!! I want you to know Alexa that changing eating habits is not easy,, , drink lots of water, 2 I had to start my excirse very slow, I am a fast runner, I am trying to get healthy!!! it won't happen overnight,what I suggest Alxea, ask your boyfriend , if you two could take a walk??? ,, instead of eating unhealthy portiozn, I don't feel good when I eat to much , I end up with an upset... Ht. 5'2", Start: 140 lb, Today: 178 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - I've completely fallen off of the wagon. Instead of losing the five pounds I set out to do I've gained 38! My boyfriend is a lot more physically affectionate now, and I think he likes me this way. And my doctor said that I appear to be perfectly healthy. But society says being fat is bad- advice?

I was staying with some friends and had to eat some stuff that I normally wouldn't. But I ate small portions and I'm still losing, so I think I'm okay. I've been a little down though. I keep reminding myself to lose weight for me, but sometimes it's hard when all guys seem to want is skinny girls. It puts me under pressure, like I need to lose weight to get their attention. I just want a guy who will love me for who I am, not how I look.

It was so yummy ... I definitely recommend it. Anyways my mom won't let me get school clothes in till I'm 150 so I'll have to step it up.
