Ht. 5'4", Start: 232 lb, Today: 229 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - It's been really hard for me. I broke my diet again. Hoping to get back on it this saturday. It's just really hard. I wanna break it sometimes for just one little thing. Like a candy bar. The problem is, if I do i'll just break it. I go on it and I just can't find the motivating.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Okay guys I have a family vacation in July, im bringign a friend and we wanna get our belly buttons pierced together and my friend is already thin so she has it in the bag but i on the other hand... i need to lose about 70 punds to get to my ideal weight but about but around 55 to get to my comfortable weight, I need to be down to my ideal weight by the second to last week i june so i can go shopping for a june 30th vacatio so please give me any tips or tricks to help me reach my goal.... Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 132 lb (BMI %tile: 79), Goal: 125 lb - Heyy guys, So our semi-formal dance is on the 8th and i have to wear a dress :/ I dont particuarly like dress,in fact i kinda hate them :/buuut i have to since its a dance.ANYWAY- i still weigh 132 ad im sick of it! i have 12 days until the dance. i want to lose 2 pounds by then and tone up a bit too. so i am going to stop with the munchies and drink more water :D im not really worried,everyone knows my figure and im hapy with it,id just rather be a little bit smaller :P well,wish me luck! I lost a whole size in my riding pants I was a size 38 womens or Juniours 2XL, I was off the chart but now I am on the chart!! I cried with tears in my eyes with happiness can't wait to lose another half an inch!!! I hated that size anyway, 33 or 32 then 30!!! . that wasn't easy by April hopefuly I ll be a size 32 or smaller!!! 32 is a ML 30 S)M.. !!! I am almost a size SM in my belts!!! can't for that!! Juniours M is 120 or 115 a size S 114 or 110 lbs!!! yes my ht is five foot two in a queater I look it up somewhere 104-132 lbs since I am pettie I should aim 104 lbs, I forogt I once weighed 175 lbs at my heavest, I can't to get down to 150's or 140's 140 lbs ready or not here I come!! I did skateborading on Monday for 5 hours!! that was my my own time of gym!!! .. I liked it a lot!! just watch out for rough guys... ... I hope to lose enought weight I can wear s M or S!! Jessica17. Since most teens don't have a membership to the gym and you guys pretty much only do workouts at home, I would highly suggest doing some youtube videos. There are so many fitness and workout videos on youtube that you could use up 30 minutes of your day to do these exercises and you'll definitely see a difference. I know I did. First of all, I'm already athletic but I want to build up some muscle mass and look leaner. I go to the gym and lift weights because that is supposed to burn calories better. So, if you have a computer and internet at home, spend 30 minutes everyday doing youtube videos. My favorite videos are by Blogilates. She does pop pilates videos and I do her "1000 workout"... Ht. 5'5", Start: 209 lb, Today: 203 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - Hi, I've been overweight my whole life. I've never been skinny, even when I was younger. I never really wanted to do anything about it until my sophomore year. I gained 20 pounds once I quit softball and I didn't like my weight. Summer of '12 I decided I needed to lose weight because I was switching to a new school and wanted to be thinner. I started to do all there crazy fasts, such as water diets or the rice diet. I need up going from 210 to 290. I started eating regular again and I stayed under 200. I started softball again but I ate bad. I went back up to 209 after Christmas break and decided I needed a new start in this new year. I cut out all junk and am only eating healthy food. I workout 5 days a week. I've been doing this for a week and have lost 6 pounds. I will try to keep you guys posted monthly on my progress. By summer I want to be able to wear a bikini! Wish me luck guys. (:

I'm gettin into a regime of walking for at least 30 minutes a day with my dog to start which just to get used to it again. Really happy I found this site so I can share with other people in the same position as me to share my different obstacles during this. Thanks.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 186 lb, Today: 177 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 135 lb - About a week ago i was 186 lbs, and today I am 177! I could not be happier. I have just about lost one pound per day! I honestly did not change all that much. I simply tried paying attention to when I was actually hungry, and when i was just eating out of boredom. I also try to eat things to raise my metabolism like grapefruit, drink cranberry juice, etc. I try to eat 5-6 small meals or snacks through out the day, and I walk my dogs for about an hour a day, or if i cant, I run on my elliptical for about 30 minutes or so. I just try to get at least 20 minutes of physical activity per day. I am so excited to reach my goals. I have a goal set for 150 by mid april and I am already 1/3 of the way there pretty much! I am so optimistic about my weight loss and I really wish i had done it sooner! I wish the best of luck to all of you like me struggling with being overweight. I hope we can all achieve this together!

I'm not going to diet but I'm going to eat healthier and less gluten and sugar. I'm gonna start exercising with the insanity workout about 3 times a week and the other two day with be a less intense workout. I really need to lose this weight for myself. I get such low self esteem and confidence that I get depressed and hate my life. I always feel ugly and ill be forever alone even though my friends tell me otherwise. I need to lose this weight so I can be happy and feel pretty. I owe it to myself. Plz reply if u have anysuggestions or tips or inspirational or motivational thoughts
