Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 431 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hi everyone. My name is Summer and i am 17. I weigh 431 lbs. I am 5'4. I have been overweight my whole life, but at age 12, i could have stopped it. Last year i lost my best friend...she died in a car crash with her 21 yr old boyfriend. He had been drinking and she was begging him to pull over, but he didn't. Then he went on the other side of the road where he collieded with an eighteen wheeler. Both of them died instantly. Before any of that happened i had weighed 210, and i was in progress of losing weight so i would be able to fit into the new dress i had bought for my cousins wedding. I wasn't ALL fat, half fat, and half muscle becasue i swam. But now, i am soo depressed at my deseased friend. It is the reason that i now weigh 431 lbs. If anyone has support or ways to lose weight please post...thanks to everyone for even reading this message. And god rest her in peace,I love you, Genn..(my best friend..)thanks..~Summer

Today: 183 lb, Goal: 155 lb - Well, name is Alvina and i'm simmilar as the other teenage girl on the website i'm a bit over wieght and un happy sum times i mean sum time when others say things about me it hurt because i weigh about 183 and i have a good shape it's just that my thighs are a bit big and i can't fix into any of my jeans any more so i gave then to my best friend. when i go to shcool i always wear skirts. my boyf reind says that he's happy with me and he does'nt think that i'm fat but i do. It's very hard for me not to eat at home i know that i am not hungry beacause m y stomache is growling or any thing i guess i just have cravings but when i get through eating i get weak and i lies down so that making me gain waight and that not good sum times i don't realize it but i just get really tired. Hey guys, my name is Mary and I'm 17. I way 200-210 pounds. I am tall in a sense, but not really. My sister is taller than me. I gained weight through depression and anxiety. :P It stinks, but I used to weigh 240 almost 250. I'd love to here some tips you guys have on loosing weight! I also wouldn't mind becoming friends with some of you! I do have some loosing weight tips, if you want any! Because I've lost 30-40 pounds in the last 2 months!

im 5'7" and weigh 180lb i had a lot of personal deaths and each of them was very special to me. and i think about them and i'm always miserable and now i eat more and more i gain at least 5lbs a week. someone, anyone please help me.
