okay , yesterrday and today i pigged out super bad and the scale showing 5 more lbs than i'm used to really puts me in more of a mood to eat worse its so bad!! please , how do i get back on track! I hate when i do this because i've worked so hard on my 1200 cal diet that just a few days cna mess it up and blah!

O man I am so angry at my self. I am 5ft 8 inches and 160 lbs. I spend so much money on food it is ridiculous. I tell myself I will by just a sandwich at lunch but then I tell myself just for one day I will buy some chips and a soda and so on. It makes me angry and frustrated.I wear baggy t shirts since I am told by my brothers I have man boobs and it gets me mad. I have always struggled with my wieght since I was in the 4 th grade. i was 150 lbs in the sixth grade and my wieght gos up and down. I think I eat so much since I am stressed over many issues from getting my permit, school, job, and some very personal issues i don't wish to post openly. I know it feels odd for a guy to worry about his weight but all my brothers, friends, and stuff are thin to the point where I get really frustrated.

i am 5'4 and weigh 190 lbs. I am an emotional over-eater and need help. Any suggestions? I have been successful at losing weight before, but last year i suffered from depression and was put on medicine that helped me gain weight. I went overboad with the food. I used to be active, but no longer am. I need help....please give specific suggestions. I am not looking for quick fixes, but any advice that anyone could offer would be great.

Hey I have a question......I am addicted to Diet Pepsi. But I want to loose weight and it is iportant. Well I drink at least 2 pops a day if not more and I can have a lot more. It is a phycological thing in my mind to where it calms me down. It is kinda odd I know and I know it is also all in my head, but is the pop good for loosing weight since it is Diet or is it still bad for me?Please help?*~*Amanda*~*

Hmmm am from uk dont ask how i found this place been feeling down bcoz i have applied to join the armed forces and i`m not exactly smallest guy around when i was younger i was fine cross country champion for my area them family life got bad and i changed stopped cross country stopped playing footbal (soccer) and i been this overweight blimp ever since i find it hard not to eat i find i go out on my motorbike and go to the local shop and bye doughnuts and sandwich`s when i`m not hungry all i want is to become the fit and healthy ashley i used to be and be a succes in the army but i wake up everymorning and see me bein big and i think can i hack it in the armyt am i fit enough blah blah just really need some help in or some advise in stopping all my junk food eating and that if you could send me your advise bck 2 me it would be most apriciated ash_danielz18@hotmail.com thank you xxx

hey.. i weigh 175 & i'm 5'3.. i always end up eating late at night.. like a bowl of cereal or ice cream something like that.. and i dont know how to stop or why i get these cravings.. and i eat when im bored.. i play softball but thats only in the summmer.. i dunno whati can do now to keep myself busy.. please help.. thanks:-D

hello everyone,just to fill u guys in im really shy and i dont normally do this kind of thing. so here goes.... its been 7 yrs since my parents spilt up and ever since then i ate alot, i didnt want to be around people..as much. i gained alot of weight over the years .i really tried to loose weight over these years its been hard to keep it off.i have been really foused on loosing weight. i make good grades and have lots of friends now than ,i did.and my parnets have been doing great.the only thing is my weight ,is keeping me from really being myself.im not the person i want to be ...can any one give me advice on how to loose weight and keep it off? ....thank you so much!!!!

oh my gosh saturdays are the worst cause u dont have school so ur bored and u wanna eat...im cooping with it well but its hard...i did 400 crunches to take my mind off it. i wish losing weight was simple but its not and i have control over my body right now...and ive lost 5 pounds since tuesday...so i think im doin ok

Hey guys my life is going to the crapper. OK yeah my dad got laid off yesturday and today i had to break up with my b/f. I also found out i hace faild my German semester exam>I got a 54:( I like german i just cant get the hang of it. I know with the way my life is going i will not get to lose 60lbs by the end of the year like i would like it to. OH well there is always next year :( my 2 bestfriends arent friends no more too. So I binged today. I had a WHOLE bag of LARGE chips and a KitKat bar after a HUGE dinner. I know this is what made me gain weight. BEfore Halloween I was only 105lbs. I used to be very over weight, but I worked hard to lose it. But now I've gained 15lbs, so I'm 120lbs. I know I'm not overweight still, but I know if I keep going on like this, I will be. I know it's 120lbs now, but if I keep going it'll be 130lbs, then 140lbs...EASILY. I ate like this because...well...of a guy who hurt me. I remember over the summer I lost weight by changing my lifestyle, and I've decided that it's time to get back on track. Weight loss is about changing eating habits permanently. If you diet and then overeat the next day, you won't accomplish anything. You'll probably gain, too. Just my word of advice. I'm 5'2, by the way. I know if I lost weight before, I can do it again.
