Hi this is my first time here but I really need some help like every one else. Here is my problem I am 13,5'2, and weigh 120. Am I over weight? Still if Im not or am I'd really like to loose some weight. Please help and give me tips.

when do u guys exercise?? i try to exercise in the afternoon, but i feel soo tire and almost always skip. so i was just wondering when u guys exercise.

ok i hear a lot of people saying do this diet cause you lose water weight. but actually when you lose water weight you can notice it i lost 8 lbs. and people said it was water loss cause i lost it in a week. but you really could notice it because i lost 2 inches in my waist.

Ok, i weigh 147 lbs, and i'm 5' 2 and 1/4". I've asked many people how much i look like i weigh, and they said between 100 and 120 lbs. I'm really strong, but i am a size 7-9 juniors, and i don't like the way i look. I need a way to lose weight without starving myself. I want to lose 30 lbs, but have no money for slimfast. Please help!!!

Yes, whatever you do.... DONT skip breakfast. It tricks your body into thinking you're starving and then the next thing you eat goes straight to fat. Not good.

Um Sarah (the one below my post) ur tellin people to skip breakfast THATS THE WORST THING YOU COULD DO FOR URSELF!!! ppl DONT SKIP BREAKFAST u think it will help you!!??? then your crazy have cereal or a fruit for breakfast just never skip that meal !!!
